Needs improvementsIt should allow screenshots because why can I take screenshots when I am in the website but not the app??
Also it takes forever sometimes to log in to the now portal and when I am in the now portal and look for something, when I want to go back to main page of the now portal I click the back button and I get completely kicked out of that and puts me back to the dashboard and then when I go back to the now portal I have to the sign in all over again instead of it remembering me like in the website..KB~IMVersion: 1.3.0
Like pulling your hair outAverage experience: Sends you through endless authentication loops, many of which will die out. After your 5th or 6th time entering your SSO it might be nice and let you see the “app” which is actually just a hard to navigate sharepoint website. Should you need to access anything else on the website, it’ll 50/50 make you do all the sign in process again.

Would be great if it ever loadedI like that we have an app now. However, it’s so inconvenient. It took me half an hour to log in and when I finally did. Nothing loaded so I can’t get to the features I need. I tried the usual troubleshooting. I made sure my app was updated. I closed the app and reopened. I deleted and redownloaded it. Atrocious team member appThis was supposed to replace having to use their system at work to be able to RDO, Vacation, look at schedule, and see all other benefits we receive. It does not load anything. I had to delete the app and redownload it just for ANYTHING to download. I can’t access my comp tickets. I downloaded the extra security app and still nothing.

Less functional than the website?No Face ID, doesn’t remember my login information, makes you login twice every time you want to do anything. Doesn’t grab the security code from text messages or let you copy paste it so you have to remember it and type it in.
App is slow and doesn’t fully support pop-up windows which makes submitting workflow/RDO or VAC requests for timekeeper literally impossible.
