Slideshow Add Music To Photos Customer Service

I have been using this app for a very long time, I truly love the features. It has very reasonable prices for Pro. There is smooth music, transitions, and it is efficient. Some apps ( I am not naming ) take so very long for about twelve photos. Some apps worry me by saying, ‘You shouldn’t put more photos than __ or it will ______ . ‘ This is the app everyone needs. I was looking for about six months, until I found this app. My only problem is that they do not take videos. Make an update or something but overall, this is a great app.

I am a gacha-tuber so I need a good, reliable app to make gacha videos to post. I have been searching so much for a good app to use and I am so glad I found this one. I have gone through about 5 different apps before this one and they all sucked. With SlideLab it is very helpful because you can edit the photos as you put them all into a video and edit how long you want the pictures to be shown. This is very very VERY helpful. Also you can easily save the videos to your photos and last time I used it there was no water mark!😱 If you are a gacha tuber, or you just want a great app to make slide shows, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE!!! And unlike lots of other app developers, for this app, they actually read and reply and try to improve the app!

This app gives you the ability to select your photos from your phone, rearrange within the app, select transition time and music of your own! My video cut short of the song ending, so I just went back and adjusted the transition time! Easy! One thing I will say is make sure you have enough space on your phone before you try to save it! Once you try and you don’t have enough space, it will not save it for you until you make space. It only took me the one time of not enough space, and I had the entire thing recreated within minutes! LOVE THIS APP!!

So easy to use and fast .... Love it! But Facebook always throws it out saying I stole the pictures or the music said the music stills. I used the song "end of summer" for ,y grandkids Halloween party slide show and fav book says it's not my music and I can't use it....someone really needs to straighten facebook out on that! Cause I have used you songs every since I started using your apple all of a sudden I. Stealing music, I'm getting really upset with Facebook!

The app itself (from what the video add showed) Is good- and I was really looking forward to using it, BUUUTTTTTTT- I couldn’t do that because you have to pay to access the app. -_- Now, I understand you worked hard on it and need some way to get money off of it like everyone who makes apps, drawings, edits, ETC do. But what’s the point in making the app free to download if you have to pay to use it at all? Why not just have a free version not as good as a pro like most apps? Eh whatever You do You. :P

Great app for adding music from your iTunes library to a single photo or a collage of photos. Simple to use and superb results. P.S. You can only use music that you currently have in your music library or music from their music library for your photos. If you are going to be doing this often, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get an Apple Music subscription so that you will have a larger selection of music to choose from for your photos.

I wanted to create a slideshow and I went through 7 apps and none of them worked. I tried this one and I didn’t think it would work but it did!! It was really easy to use and i didn’t pay for the stuff to make it better this is more of a simple beginner thing. One thing I wish there was would be words the you could put on the slide show but that is not too big of a deal!!

This app is fantastic! If I could I would've given it 4.5 stars only because it doesn't have a lot of music choices so that you can share on social media but you can use any of your own songs which is cool!!! You only have to pay 1.99 to not have watermarks which was so worth it! It's much better than the leading app which charges way too much and the quality isn't even as good! Love this

After searching for hours for the right slide show app, I came across this one. It took more effort than I wanted (had to download pictures in photo album and constantly refresh app 🙄) and it didn’t load ALL of my music from my phone (fortunately, it downloaded the perfect song for the occasion) but it got the job done! I’m happy with the results. And I did not pay a penny; which made it that much better!

I love this app personally I will use this to make gacha videos I love how you can put unlimited pictures but a small tip when ever I clicked on one of the options for transitions or the other thing and the video restarted so personally I would like it to not re start every time I want to change something other wise this is a great app I will continue using this app for the future

Love this app. Easy to use. Lots of options for style of slideshow. I would love it even more if there was a "mixed all" slideshow where you could choose 2-3 (or more) of the slide variations in one slideshow to give it even more creativity. And an intro/outro collage of slides would be awesome too! Love the simplicity and the fact that i never have trouble with this app, would love future versions to have more creative choices!

I liked how easy is was to upload the video but like it wouldn’t allow me to preview the video before saving it. Because I couldn’t preview it I didn’t know if I needed to add a longer song or delete some pictures.

I have tried a lot of apps like this but this by far the easiest one to make picture slide shows I would recommend it to anyone that makes slides a lot only issue they dnt have a lot of music to choose from n I have iPhone so I dnt have music on my iTunes cause u gotta buy them so just wish they had a better selection of music

This is the best and only slideshow app that I found that works just as amazing as Flipagram did! I loved it so much. You didn’t have to upgrade to use more then 10 pictures I used over 100! Didn’t make me put in any card information or anything!!!! 10/10 recommend!! Thank you for actually working like you say you will!

...So far this is the best of quite a few "free" slideshow apps I had tried. I don't know what the number limit on photos is, but I haven't hit it yet! The app let me adjust time to show each picture and it let me choose my own music. I am definitely going for the upgrade (if there is one!) and will be experimenting with more slideshows.

I used this app to create an amazing yet simple phot collage as part of my engagement. It was super easy and well worth the time taken. The possibilities to make a perfect video are not as large as other apps, but for no cost, simplicity and great quality I would put this above most others!!

I looked through a lot of different apps for making slide shows and as I couldn't try each one I read the reviews. This one came across as easy to use. I had to buy all the add ones but that's ok so now I don't get all the ads and can adjust timing, music and fade/slide. I'm happy with what I can put together.

This app was so easy to use. There was no limit on pictures. The only thing you pay for "IF" you want to, is how the pictures change from one to the other. Basically if you wanted a fancier way of them changing. This app is MUCH BETTER than the others!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I mean, I’ve only messed around with it a couple times but for not knowing much it’s super simple and easy to get it the way you want. Wish we had this back in our skateboarding daze. I’ll be making some sweet clips tho

No complaints here, would be cool to see more options when selecting large numbers of clips/pics. Like having the option to select an entire album at a time or even the ability to slide and highlight multiple selections like in iOS photos

I can’t use this anymore because it takes forever for my photos to come up! I have to wait five or six minutes and stare at a plain white screen! Maybe it’s because I updated my tablet. It used to work but it doesn’t anymore and now I’m sad because I really love this app! 😿

Can you pleaseeee add the feature to change the length of time for a specific photo in slide show. Ive had to put in the photo twice to keep it on longer, and the picture shifts as the the picture changes, bad viewing experience.

I love this app and have been using it for years, can change so many things and add music also, even from your own. If you’re going to share on YouTube,Instagram etc. best to use their music or it may be deleted for copyright infringement.

I am very please with this app. It was extremely simple to use. I navigated through it with ease and was able to post over 90 photos and videos. I would recommend this app to anyone.

I wasted a lot of time with other apps that were free to download and then either asked for a monthly subscription to use it or limited the number of pictures I could select. SlideLab was easy to use & allowed me to finish my project quickly and easily.

I finally found an app worth buying! No watermarks, smooth process, easy to make- easy to use, can you your own music. No hiccups. Simply perfect. I tried a zillion before finally finding this one- it works great! I of-course bought this ap- totally worth the money!!!

Longer songs!! Now have a way to text on the slides Super easy to use, but if only one song snippet can be used, what’s the point? The music ends halfway through with no option to have it repeat.

The only reason I am giving this a 4 is because it wouldn’t let me access my iTunes music but whenever I made it I showed it to my boyfriend and he loved the way I did it. This is a really good app to put family pictures into video and like relationship pictures together as well.

I downloaded this app to create a easy free slideshow video for a friends birthday. But, I realized that it was meant to edit photos so I quickly just started looking for other apps. I didn’t purchase any sort of subscription while using the app nor did I confirm anything. I have and iCloud subscription and I was checking my email and my monthly payment receipt was there. I also have apple music as well but I never check my purchase history because I know what I have subscriptions for but I was just curios and decided to see what I had purchased in the past. Come to find out that some app that I didn’t even remember downloading has been taking money out of my account for an app that was deleted. I really don’t understand the connection here and I am contacting apple support for this. I would not recommend this app for any child because they might end up in this situation where their paying for something they aren’t using.

SlideLab has some nice features such as quick image select, included music, and various transitions (purchase required). I upgraded to the pro version after having found what I thought would be a useful slideshow tool. However, I was disappointed to see several missing capabilities. First, this app only supports a square 1:1 format. Forget about trying to create a slideshow that fills a widescreen display. Second, transitions cannot be combined. The app cannot apply both a fade and movement. You can only choose one. Last, the max length for photos is three seconds. This is pretty limiting. Others have commented on image quality and it’s true that exported file loose quality. There should be options to include export size and quality. While this app has promise, its execution is lacking and I’m disappointed to have purchased the pro version.

There is no point in this app costing any money!!! WHY WOULD YOU WANNA PAY FOR THIS. Don’t get me wrong it could be a great app. IF I COULD USE IT. And I have been searching for apps that don’t need money. Because some people can’t buy that. So if your reading this. YOUR STUPID I don’t care what people say to me. This is so dumb get Moshow it is free and you get to make videos it’s the same thing. It is literally the same exact thing except moshow is free. I just got this game and it says I have to pay god knows I’m not gonna do that. I not about to pay to make a video please don’t waste money on this game it’s not worth it get moshow. Or forget videos and play among us for god’s sake! I am really sorry for the people who payed for this game. It is the dumbest thing on earth like why? All I have to say is why? First Complain: Um... Have a landscape mode for iPad? If I download an app that claims to be for iPad and it doesn’t operate in landscape mode, well it’s being DELETED! So, we didn’t get far before I knew this was going away. Second Complaint: To use this app you have to setup the “Free Trial” which consists of enabeling a subscription before even trying. What the?? Sorry devs, but let potential clients try the product with limited capabilities versus forcing them to sign up and then cancel if they don’t like it. Gee... Wonder how much revenue has been created by forcing people to sign up and then them forgetting the suscription fee. Third Complaint: Cost! $2.99 a week for??? Sorry, I’d rather take this money and put it towards a useful subscription like Adobe where I get MANY products. I figured of making an anniversary video of me and my boyfriend and I tried it out end it seems not to be the type of app I would use so I was still browsing for more apps. When I use the app it did say choose the free trial in order to use it and I did. Soon after I thought it already expired but no I spent the whole summer trying to figure out why can I not download any free apps or update anything because I needed “verification”. NOW I have a credit card for verification and :) it paid exactly $3.26 without even notifying me. I’m so upset and I want my money back. It’s not right that it randomly was waiting in my account to get the money to be spent.

This app has so many issues. The most annoying being that I had put a lot of work into a slideshow and it was showing up under my projects, until I restarted my iPhone. The project is now gone and I have to start all over again. Then, I try and add an ITunes song to the app and the botton doesn’t even work. Another issue I had is I kept getting an error message when I first tried adding photos, but it didn’t give any indication of what it was. It finally just let me add the photos.

I got this app in intention of making a slideshow and i never agreed or signed up for any sort subscription or upgrade. I deleted the app after a couple minutes of download because I didn’t need to use it anymore and never thought anything of it. Come to find out even AFTER deleting this app I’ve been being charged EVERY week. I usually don’t write reviews but this really angered me. I just canceled the subscription after being charged for months 😐I can’t get a refund and I didn't even have the app downloaded. Beyond mad, that’s money I can’t get back. Don’t get this app. It’s a scam.

Just got it and within two minutes of use I find out that you have to pay to use it at all! Why not make us pay when we get the app. Instead of it being free?! Why make us pay for even the General using of it!!! If you want money which you need because that’s the goal and you worked hard to make it, at least make a pro version so people can still use the app! If they want they can get the pro version but at least let us use it without paying! This app is a great way to make a slideshow, and it is fairly easy to make a slide with this app.. But the main problem is the music. Many other slide making apps allow you to find music from iTunes and use it for your slide even if it’s not purchased and in your music library. This app doesn’t give you the option to “find music” like other apps do, which is disappointing since music is such a huge factor to a good slide. I say fix that issue, and this is the best slide making app yet!

I’m at gacha tuber and I saw this app on the web with good reviews and got high hopes for it. But as soon as I was ready to create a project, it said I needed to buy access to it. First of all, it would have been better if you made the app have a price instead of stopping the person as soon as they start. It wouldn’t have hurt if I had already saw that the app had a price to it. Second of all, more people would use the app if the whole thing didn’t cost money! (Including me). I never really got to try the app, and I regret downloading it. But it was worth a try.

This app allows you to download the app for free but it’s not really free. When you go in you can select the pictures you want to use and that’s all you can do for free. You are then presented with two options even buy their slide feature for $2.99 a WEEK or get a free trial for two day and than get charged. You can’t do nothing else unless you do one of these. Oh yeah and it also has a “already purchased?” Link at the bottom which means they have issues with it even if you pay for it. Don’t get this one try another.

I have my whole slide show completed. It is nice-simply using it for my class pictures, but cannot find a way to make the music last as long as the pictures-I don’t understand why it can’t just repeat the song or allow you to add another song. If you can, I can’t find a way how since there is no help button

Would NOT aknowlege the file quality so I could save all the work I kept redoing. I chose the smallest file or lowest quality to make it easy to save presses selection and nothing pressed and pressed. Re loaded AP re loaded and cut my music 3 times 1 hour nothing!!! Also when you try to use it at first the screen just stays white and nothing happens it took 5 tries to even get a response! Get PIC MUsic!! So easy was able to load photos, music, cut music, save to camera roll then load to Facebook 1 min!!! It’s awesome!

The in-app purchase description is deceptive. It says there are two versions both of which have a price of $2.99. Okay... installed it and come to find out it's $2.99/week. I wouldn't have downloaded it if I knew that ahead of time. They're totally taking advantage of people who don't pay attention. Deleted the app right away and now I feel like I'm going to have to keep checking my Subscriptions to make sure this app doesn't show and charges me. I don't like deceptive companies or people?

Title says it all I wanted to try the app and I figured why not try the premium it’s a free trial and if I don't like it I’ll cancel. The app wasn’t really what I was looking for so I cancelled my trial. The trial expired on the 24th and was $2.99 a week (after the trial ended obviously) but I check my account as I usually do daily just to see a an iTunes bill for $2.99. I haven’t purchased anything and it’s the same exact price as the membership is I’m seriously doubting this was coincidence. So for that this app gets a one

This is kind of a stupid app. No concept whatsoever. I was expecting to be able to add stickers and effects to the slideshow and even my own music but it doesn’t allow any of that. Such a waste of space. It would be sooo much better if they gave you things to “spice up” the slideshow more and if they actually allowed you to use the effects and your OWN music in YOUR music library. Not just the crappy music they give you. I am very disappointed with this app. Wish I could say otherwise.

I thought I loved this app when I first used it. It's really easy to use, it's quick, to the point and you can add a ton of pictures. Then I actually saved/posted the slideshow and the quality of the pictures were TERRIBLE! I haven't seen picture quality this bad since the Samsung flip phone camera. I can't continue using this. Unless I plan on making slideshow pictures just for myself for the rest of my days.

I downloaded this app to help me make speedpaint videos without having to download a whole new drawing app. I clicked a video of mine to see if this app actually did what it said it could, and I couldn’t even start editing it without either starting the free trial or starting a membership, neither of which I want to do. Its ridiculous that in order for someone to USE AN APP you need to charge them money or start a subscription in order to even TRY the app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I’m uninstalling this asap.

This app is free.....u thought it’s a good app don’t get me wrong but if u r a kid and u r looking for a app to use I wouldn’t recommend it I’m a kid and thought it was good then I saw without pro version u can’t get anything to use cut transitions with and u had to pay a monthly fees if u wanted pro of course my parents don’t let me do things like that. But if u r willing to pay then yea it’s good but I don’t pay and so I deleted it!!!!

This app has a lot of great features. And is very easy to use. However, I wish I didn’t have to watch the entire slideshow to make sure it lines up on time with Music. I wish I could save a show for a while so I don’t have to finish an entire slideshow in one sitting. If something happens you lose everything you’ve been working on.

It may say that it’s a free app in the App Store but you can’t make a slideshow without having to buy something! 😡 It’s either a dope or a nope and I rate this app a NOPE 👎🏻

I installed this app and there are 2 apps one without a name and others with. When I try to delete the one without the name it won’t delete. And when I try to click one the without the name it doesn’t click.

UNUSABLE- you absolutely cannot have touch controls change intermittently on a phone app. Moving the order of pictures (obviously a critical part of a slideshow) becomes an exercise in futility when you click the photo to move and all it does is bring the photo up for a closer view. Whoever financially backed this needs to get new programmers who can bring consistency and clarity to the app.

I got this and did all the work of putting in my 200 photos in order and then I tried to put it together and it forced me to pay. Waste of time

Not enough support... I made one slide show, subscribed and went to make another slideshow and it said that something went wrong... no explanation, no support... crap.

Before the update I could make clips that were 1:00 minute long. Post update this isn’t possible! Longest length is 10s...

I wanted to make a little slide show thing bc a Kpop singer commit suicide so I wanted to make a slide show for him. But I can’t do all the things like choose what fade I wanted to do. I find that stupid. I really miss him and I wanted to make a tribute to him. I also wanted to make the slide shadow thing.

Rating is specific to someone coming from iPhone memories and having bought the full package. While I appreciate being able to reorder pics at my discretion, songs can’t loop/repeat (which should be the default) and it doesn’t leverage live-format images.

Had to purchase to unlock.... ALL transitions. As soon as I did the app stopped working. 😡

If you see an advert for this app outside the Apple community, (like I did on Instagram), you’ll most likely see fantastic transitions and intuitive interfaces. This app has none of those... even if you spend money for the ‘pro’ version. Save yourself the time and money, don’t bother with this primitive junk. You can do anything this app does on something like GoPro Quick - and that one is free.
