This Pro Mobile App has actually vastly improved in the 19.1 version.

I cannot even give it 1 start but I cannot post this unless I do. I do not recommend Allscripts. Just noticed now that we are unable to log in this Pro App. After 5 hours of logging a case, still no answer. Their system is unreliable, ransomware, transitioning to a new cloud, not very streamlined. Very poor customer service.
Very risky high liability for patient care. Loss of income with the loss of server service due to a ransome that has been very unserspondivly handled Will switch services due to terrible service Physician in private practice
Please update the app! And improve connectivity. Also would be nice to have iPhone X support
Unreliable Connectivity. Incomplete access to true clinical chat. Difficult to navigate. Highly recommend seeking a different EMR.
