TerribleI'm a primary care physician at a teaching institution and have been using Allscripts for 6 years now. The reliability of the system is nothing short of horrible. There has not been one day where the program does not completely freeze 5-15 times a day for 1-5" per episode. Cannot connectI have had both Allscripts Remote products for a while. I have spoken with reps from Allscripts and from internal hospital IS department and no one seems to be able to help me log on. It worked once, I think. Since then, even with VPN on, I get era messages that the internet connection is not working (which is not true.)

Worst app I have ever seenTruly terrible. Crashes when checking schedule. When looking at labs (be quick, only a few moments before crash!) each and every numerical result is followed by the entire name and address of the lab. Every single time.
