Touch IDAs someone posted a year ago, needs Touch ID to access the app. Somewhat limited in availability since several of our techs have android phones and this app isn’t available on their platform. Besides that, it’s a decent, fairly functional application. Easy to work with however it’d be nice if you could change defaults. As an administrator, I would like a default to see “all tickets” by default. As it is, I only see mine until I go and change the setting every time I log in..JwhislerVersion: 2.4
