PASSCODEThe pass code is for someone to give you to access your phone. It's for a technician to assist troubleshooting issues with your phone or setting up email. DO NOT USE APPGuys whenever you are on the phone with any type of support or someone you don’t know do not download anything, you shouldn’t have to download anything to get help if they are official. My mom caught this guy and when she started questioning him he got silent and wouldn’t answer any of our questions it was hilarious how quickly the situation changed, we hung up and luckily avoided being scammed.
