Good start for a new productLove the actual earbuds. Sound is very good defiantly better than apples airpods. Battery time great. Metal charging case holds up to abuse(yeah I may have dropped them once on a tile floor and watched as they skidded along for 10 feet). These fit my ears perfectly and are very comfortable. For comparison AirPods fall out of my ears when I move my head slightly. App is a good start. Needs a Rock eq setting. Also needs a Custom eq setting. Would love to be able to remap some functions ie the push 3 seconds to activate. Haven’t tested the anti loss function yet..SledderBobVersion: 1.0.3

AverageJust received my buds. Even if they’re paired, if you leave the app and come back it disconnects and says it can’t find the buds. No way to check battery life apart from the small indicator in iOS. Eqs are Ok, best sounding is Balanced but needs a Rock, Movie, and Custom EQ urgently. Transparency level should be able to adjust not just on/off. Connection after taking buds out of case takes quite a few seconds, to the point that if a call enters and you take the right out to answer, the call would drop before you could pickup..(XG)Version: 1.0.4

Still far to go...App is pretty barebones but has (mostly) done what it was supposed to. No issues for me with it not finding my ear buds. A few eq settings to choose from, ability to turn transparency on and off and prior to 1.0.3 you could view the battery level (though mine never got above 92%). Very disappointed to see the battery level removed from the app, especially since it’s still in the description of features..MadLoxVersion: 1.0.3

All around great productGreat job with the app. Only problem was first time connecting earbuds to app. Second try worked and haven’t had a connection problem yet. After update...... earphones won’t connect to Zolo Life App. Issues not related to update: When trying to make phone call using Liberty+ sometimes there is strange sound and I have to disconnect them and reconnect them so that sound can disappear. Sometimes when connecting Liberty+ Z-up will not connect, to be able to connect them I have to unpair Liberty+ and pair them again (putting them to charger won’t fix it). Was workingWas working, it doesn't read my battery level properly. Never showed above 85% charge, but managed to use earbuds for the stated 3.5 hours. Connection is spotty. Im playing music through the earbuds and the app says it can't find them. Also, the assistant feature worked for a few days, now the earbuds don't respond to a double tap. Then I tried long pressing the home button and got nothing, but could speak into my phone like normal. Now I long press the home button and can hear the Siri sound in my ear and can make requests but don't get any audio feedback from Siri. Really weird..HomoPaulVersion: 1.0.2

Just TerribleThis app has a mind of its own. Sometimes it connects sometimes it doesn’t. Even when it does there’s really only 1 item you need it for, everything else can be done using the buttons on the earbuds. The buds are a different story, Anker is having problems with the left earbud... for me the left side is not as loud as the right. At least I get sound from both, many do not. Sometimes mine work perfectly and the sound is really good but the other 90% of the time my left isn’t as loud as the right. I contacted Anker several days ago but have not gotten anything back from them. I know their busy with problems from the Kickstarter program. I’d stay away from Anker earbuds until they work out the bugs and they prove they can take care of their current problems with their customers. Great sound for music, otherwise, don’t botherLiberty + seems more like Liberyy -. The music quality is very good. It falls apart after this. Originally these headphones were marketed to connect with Amazon Alexa products as well as Siri. They pulled Alexa off from the options some time ago. Liberty+ were said to connect with Siri. Not so much. It’s spotty at best. Often the ear pods freeze and make annoying buzzing and clicking sounds until you remove them from your ears AND put them back in to the box. I took them out of my enand put them back in and the buzzing/clicking still continues UNLESS. you give them a little box “time out”. I haven’t tried calling folks but am leery about its capabilities and consistencies.
