Kids are funnyThe fact there are a thousand or so kids are whining about this app proves the app does its job. I actually laughed out loud reading their “reviews”. News flash kiddo’s, your trust isn’t our main concern as parents. Keeping you safe is our main concern. Our job isn’t to be your friends, our job is to be your parents. You don’t like it? Tough. The more you whine about it, the more it proves this functionality is needed. As for the app itself, It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. Yes it can be deleted - but if the parent sets it up right, you get notified. Sometimes I do have to reset it on my daughter’s phone because the VPN drops and she can’t access anything briefly, but she lets me know and I take care of it..HitioxVersion: 1.16

Review of reviewsI’m giving this five stars mostly in response to the one star reviews. One review stated a child can delete the app but most tablets and phones have parental controls that removes the option to delete apps, so parents do your research. The other review said it’s controlling and oppressive but kids and teens need parental guidance especially on social media and especially in our crazy world where morals seemingly have left the planet and children are being negatively influenced. Did it’s jobThis app is actually really good, coming from a teen who just deleted it. Sorry for deleting it but my dad has too many things like this on my phone I understand why but I couldn’t text during the day and I got irritated because I couldn’t message my mom. I'm laughing so hardAs a teen who just got this app put on their phone, I find these reviews hilarious. I personally don't think it's that bad, if you all are the good kids you say you are then it shouldn't bother you at all. Word of advice, stop throwing tantrums in the reviews and giving bad ratings to an app that does what's it's supposed to do. You're making the rest of us look bad. PS: you're wifi goes out due to the VPN. To turn it off go to Settings > search VPN & Device management > Status disconnect. How to disable and make it look like it’s still working without the app notifying your parents🤣🤣🤣All you have to do on iOS is type in “vpn” and click on the first option. Great appThis is a truly great piece of art that can be easily deleted off of ones cellular device I recommend getting this app for a nice joke or prank on one of your kids because they will probably end up laughing at it and deleting the app entirely. The functions of this app are not entirely functional such as the location tracker sometimes this feature is so off that you can end up states away from your child or whom ever it is that your paired with. Keep in mind that this app might screw with your WiFi so you might not want to connect to your WiFi wile using this app. If there are any kids reading this trying to stay up simply hold down on the app and delete the app. What this will do is it will make your parents or whoever is paired with you extremely mad at you. HorribleThis app was literally the most up surd thing my mom has made me do so far with my phone. It slowed my WiFi down to a crawl not only for this phone but for every other devise in the house. My experienceFirst of all i want to say if you are considering downloading this for your child dont. it completely breaks any trust they may have had. there’s a difference between wanting your kid to be safe and being a creepy helicopter parent. i am 16 years old, a straight a student, and an athlete. My mom can read my texts, see everything i do and search for, and can disable my phone at any time. my mom also likes to use this as a bargaining chip to get me to clean and get me to do exactly what she wants at all times. also the creepy location thing is wrong 99 percent of the time and usually says you are miles away from where you actually are. It’s just a joke.This app would be great if it didn’t disconnect the WiFi constantly. I’m not talking about the bedtime, im talking about how the VPN constantly disconnects and reconnects, leaving the phone nearly unusable. Plan on texting a family member? TrashMy dad got it for me and idc, he can look at whatever he wants i have nothing to hide. But, this app would literally make my wifi not work at the worst possible times. Life360 puts it to shame.In the control front, this app allows me to see everything someone does and has a VPN which is amazing. On the location front however, it lacks. Life360 notices things like wrecks which is helpful for health and it also lets you mark locations such as “home” and other nice customization options. The #1 reason I’m using this over Life360 is because Life360 doesn’t support iOS 12 or bellow (iPhone 6 and down). Edit: not long after but I’ve noticed that the VPN blocks way too many things. Downloaded and set up Secure Family on my phone, which I had no problems with. But the Companion app on her phone won't pair her phone with mine. I've been trying for 2 days now. I don't know what is wrong with the Companion app, but I'm so fed up with trying to merely pair the two phones (my XS Max with her XR), I am waiting on hold to just cancel the trial. Nope.This app actually destroyed my phone. As soon as I downloaded it for my mom to track my siblings and I on a trip, “VPN” appeared at the top of my screen. The app shuts off my wifi when i’m in the middle of assignments and my grades have been at their lowest point ever. Icky vpnI’m a 15 year old guy, and really I’m fine with my phone Turing off at 11 and turning back on at 6. But when the vpn blocks all internet, that’s a no. You can turn the vpn off, which makes internet work again but it turns itself back on in about 10 minutes. Horrible appDo not download. This app slows down internet and cellular data. Its an over all invasion of personal privacy. If u are a parent making it kid download this then u might need to get off their back. The app basically tracks and records any minor thing that u do on ur phone.
