Honest supportI downloaded and used this app with Sonos Customer Support and it worked great. After the customer support team was finished they specifically told me to disconnect and delete the app. So on the reviews this app is good if YOU and ONLY YOU contacted a reputable company for customer support, if a company contacts you then don’t install it. Being an IT professional for more than 25 years. I can tell you I have used this tool to help others out of some bad PC issues. There was a time people had to pay triple for PC services than what I can provide remotely today and, in many cases, can get same day service. So please judge the tool and not the operator behind the tool. Do NOT download.I just received an unknown phone call and was connected to a “customer service agent” from a foreign country. They tried telling me they had located suspicious activity on my Apple account, and they wanted me to download this app so they could block the person getting into my account. The agent kept interrupting me, and was overall very suspicious. As soon as a read the reviews while I was on the phone with him I flat out told him “I’m reading here this is a scamming app” he simply said “no worries ma’am” and immediately hung up on me. I almost downloaded it to, but stopped it. Unless your Apple device notifies you personally ain’t no way the Apple company gonna contact you, and to download all all that gives someone unrestricted access to your devices personal info. Have had everything compromised because I got caught off guard. Changing everything I have, reporting the fraud, and they’re still accessing my accounts.
Have been to the police and going back today. Now they’re putting charges through for the app on my credit card!

A BIG SCAM HANG UPI received a call from them saying my I cloud was being hacked and they were trying to fix it , they had me download this app to look at my phone with me and them had me open my bank account , he then came back to the phone and asked me do I want a job part time I said no I’m not interested he said okay and ask can he put me on hold to talk to his supervisor, then proceeded to ask me to open up my camera so they can take a picture of my face and then put me on hold again came back and said bye now , I told them I was confused he said “ I see your account was negative “ you don’t have 200 dollars to keep the hackers away from your I cloud we will try to call back when you get paid to pay for it . Do not use scammers are using app to see your phoneMy wife google reset yahoo password and called the first number that came up. They asked her to download this app and put in bank info while they watched. They said that they needed to verify a transaction for about a dollar to make sure it was her. She then got a text from the bank that wanted to know if she approved a transaction for 500 some dollars. They told her to type yes and that was normal. She did not feel right so she typed no and they said then we can not help you and hung up. He debit card was canceled once she said no. So they did not get any money. Scam!!!!Do not download this! An 800 number called me saying my Apple account was being hacked overseas. Told me to press one to speak to a rep. When the rep got on the phone he told me to download this app and then check my settings. It wasn’t until he said to check my bank account to see if there were any unauthorized transactions. So I went to check on a different device because something seemed off and he was yelling at me to look at my bank account through my phone. I asked why he was yelling at me and he goes if you don’t believe me then hang up. So I did. I right away called Apple and they said they never send calls , texts , or emails like that. This tool is used for hackers and phishing scams!They called and said they were from apple and there had been a security breach on my iPhone, they had me download this app so they could screen record as they directed me through signing in my Apple ID etc and then wanted me to check all of my financial accounts. This was a red flag. I clicked on cash app and immediately closed out and told them my records were secure, they said well you only opened cash app and I said your only screen recording to steal my info and they hung up on me!! This is a scamSome male with a funny accent had me download this app and long story short he took $1100 from my bank account linked it to coin base my bank account and PayPal . Luckily I caught it in time and was able to fix it thru bank and PayPal . Definitely a scamIf the person asking you to download this app called you directly claiming to be Apple Support without you requesting a call, HANG UP NOW. Apple will never call you first. I point blank asked “John” about the reviews claiming this app to be a scam. It got to the point of him asking me to purchase two google play cards in the amount of $100 each.
