Cmon DJI...When you put a native thermal cam on a drone, but don’t allow the wide array of features that the thermal camera is capable of is frustrating. Also, this is a very expensive drone, why you made a strip down version of the go4 app for an enterprise drone makes no sense. Please work out whatever licensing or legal issues you have with Flir so we, your customers, can have a better experience with your products. Also, please ensure you add the radiometric data ability to the thermal to be able to open in Flir tools post capture. In short, Step It Up, DJI. Really bad login!I cannot login simply because the devs did not consider the size of the onscreen keyboard which covers the login screen. Nor did the devs do the right thing and simply use the password utilities of the iOS which would allow login using the users face. As such, the app is completely unusable! App/Device(s) not supportedCurrently have a ticket in with customer service on this specific issue. I have a Matrice 210 with an XT and a Z30. That said, obviously my CrystalSky runs both DJI GO4 and Pilot with no problems. The downside is, I cannot use my DroneDeploy subscription, nor any other 3rd party software.
So I download DJI GO4 on my iPhone (it works for either camera, but only 1 at a time, of course). I download DJI GO4 to my iPad and same result, all good so far.
I try DJI Pilot on the iPad and it either will not connect or immediately crashes (even with a lightning adapter connected). I try it on my iPhone, same result, I even swapped the lighting adapters.
DJI makes a great drone, but I think they need to outsource their app development or outsource it to a different company than the current one.....BURN_MinerVersion: 1.1
AwfulFantastic drone...Absolutely terrible app. Buggy as can be during flight but whatever I’ll use Kittyhawk. But now I have been unable to unlock NFZ geo zones because this garbage app doesn’t seem to communicate with DJI servers and my unlocking confirmation license will not populate on the app. Unfortunately there is no workaround for this..Knowing that this was the only app compatible with the Enterprise model I would of purchased a different drone..MtdroneVersion: 1.1.4
Worst app of all timeDon’t even download it. You can’t log in because the size of the screen isn’t big enough for your keyboard. And once you connect an external keyboard just to get past that issue, the security check doesn’t work either. So it’ll continually tell you you’re entering the wrong password even tho you are not. Horrendous for iOSI use the app to track my flight time on various air frames. Unlike the Go4 app (used with Mavic 2), the display for this one is unusable and I am unable to view my flight info much less download any of the data that was uploaded from the Smart Controller.

GarbageThe app crashes at least two times per flight. It’s also completely void of any autonomous flight modes. Get the Mavic pro 2 and skip the enterprise edition. Your device is not supportedI am using an iPhone 8 with a Mavic 2 Zoom, whenever i start the drone and the app detects it, it displays a message saying that my device is not supported! Wont SyncI’m getting pretty tired of DJI. This app in particular is junk. It is jot near as user friendly as the Fly app and I can even sync my flight data because of some display glitch in the app on my iPhone XR. Total failureApp does not work with either of our Matrice 210s. No camera input and warming about 8pin connector. Crystal sky monitor sort of works but Wi-Fi is close to total uselessness.
