HCA Inspire Customer Service

I use this app to see my schedule. I would like the schedule to be the first page I see. Would also like to see the current week’s schedule under “department view”; currently shows first week of the whole schedule. Not sure if these are developer or HCA requests to change. Otherwise app works well; I would just like to reduce some clicks to get to where I want to be.

I use this for work and it works the way it should. Sometimes updates break the app but they’re quick to fix them.

How do you update your profile? Need to make this easier to do. Employees change job titles and get promoted to different units.

The app has made great improvements. Good job developers. Keep it up.

The scheduling frequently doesn’t sync correctly, and there are often inaccurate assignments. There’s no option to fix mistakes, like accidentally selecting a badge you didn’t receive. I would gladly delete this app if my workplace offered a better mobile option to view our schedule.

This app doesn’t load my schedule half the time and is not useful. I don’t understand how as a large company to own it there is no functionality to connect it to my iPhone calendar. Half the alerts don’t work and I can’t see any of the shift needs. I also don’t understand that you need to have the app up to date to view your current schedule, essentially guaranteeing you need to use data to utilize the app. Connect it to my calendar I won’t have this issue. Also, why is it not any easy view to see shift start time or who else is working at that time? Maybe the developers should look at other apps like when to work. Disappointed to that you can’t even get this functionality on the website.

The app randomly decides to stop working when I need it the most, to check my schedule and put in my scheduling preferences for the new schedule period, no matter how much trouble shooting I do. The real kicker is there is no easy way to check your schedule outside of this app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, logging out so I can log back in or attempt to reset my timpani access but I can’t find any info on how to fix it anywhere and I can’t find tap “login” or “login to timpani” endlessly with literally no result. This app is trash and it’s messing with my income and life

Update: why is getting to the schedule now even harder. Having a login within a login is crazy. It never used to do this. Front line staff hates it, managers hate it, directors hate it. Big wigs should really have an initiative where their app builders (Timpani specifically, even outside of this app) collaborate with local leaders who actually do the schedule to understand how immensely complicated this has made their lives. Seriously. Whoever has the power to push this review to someone who can actually make some decisions should know it’s necessary.

Every so often you’d have to log back in to view your schedule, but since we’ve swapped to this idiotic AI scheduler run by people that don’t even work NEAR our hospital (because we just HAVE to shove AI into everything.) you have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to see your schedule. If you wanna add insult to injury, sometimes doing so brings you to the wrong page anyway, and you have to completely exit the app and reopen it, then log in again. Hopefully the desire to have AI for the sake of AI causes a steep revenue loss and Timpani goes directly in the trash.

I will say it’s less than smooth, and still occasionally crashes. I get stuck buffering on the schedule page. But the customer support was very impressive to me. After submitting the ticket and giving them pictures and video, I assumed the ticket closed. Weeks later, they contacted me with resolution details and asked if i had the same issue.

I have to use this app for work, if I had a choice I would delete it permanently. I have to delete the app completely a least once a month, sometimes more. I have to re-login at least once a week and then delete and reinstall to fix it when logging out and back in doesn't work. It seems worse after we went to Timpani for our scheduling software. Since we are forced to use this, I doubt a review will make a difference.

The newest update will not allow me to open the app! It says there is an update available and forces me to open the App Store. When in the App Store, it says the app is already updated, and forces me to open the app. And the cycle continues. Unless this bug is fixed, this app will be unusable. Additionally, my facility doesn’t even allow us to use the scheduling feature in the app becusse it does not communicate with the website version of facility scheduler. All around garbage.

I can assure you, 99% of people who need to use the app dont care about anything on the home screen. We dont need another social media we need to access our schedule to WORK. The app makes it so complicated to review the schedule. It crashes out, it requires the full logging every time. Please just make it more efficient and easy for the things we ACTUALLY need the app for

This used to be a good app but for the last few days the app will not load. Since the update the app opens but when hit the login button all you get is the circle of death! I need my schedule and even tried seeing if I could go to the website but you can’t. What’s the point if you can’t even login to see your schedule now! So frustrating!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

This is the worst app I have ever used before. It crashes, it won’t load, it freezes. It’s the way we see our work schedules, pick up shifts, and make requests… pretty important things, yet the app hardly works correctly. There has been a message for over a month stating they are “aware of the issue”, but yet nothing seems to be getting worked on. It’s very frustrating.

Was hoping there would be a calendar sync or subscribe like Nursegrid. Mostly because I’d rather skip using more apps than necessary. I use the sync because I can share my schedule with my family and having my schedule auto populate in the native iPhone calendar would be sweet 🤙🏻

Even when it does work, it takes ages to load my schedule, I'm forced to log in every single time I open the app, even if I just logged in a literal second ago- I don't know why this is used as our scheduling app if it rarely ever works. Just like Expanse. God help us.

New update took away the schedule button on the bottom so it only says “Home” and “Notification”. As someone who heavily relies on the app, this is a big problem for me. A few others have had this issue as well. And it’s nearly impossible to reach someone from the company to fix the issue.

Beats having to find the schedule online but why is it like having another social media app? One that constantly has to be updated, logs me out randomly, and always has a giant note plastered everywhere about a glitch.

Every time this app gets updated I lose access to my work schedule until I find how to fix it. Just stop updating it, it is not like they are adding any new features or helpful UI changes, just updates for the sake of updating, and every one is an inconvenience. The app already does everything it needs to do.

Good afternoon, I enjoy having the app to be able to view my schedule! However, it glitches very often. Every time I open the app, I receive multiple Error messages. Thank you!

I too have an older phone and the app has stopped working! I use the app all the time to check for schedule changes. When you open the app it forces you to select update. Next it gives you a message the app can’t update due to the version of IOS operating software. Please fix so it will work on older phones.

It’s great when it actually works, and when you try to submit or report a problem that NEEDS to be dealt with immediately, it won’t let you.

It’s does not work at all times. Kindly fix, it’s such a waste of time , when this app does not work like it should. You can make this better. It seem like an application made by some high school students . Hca is a big corporate making 18 billion profits yet this app is such a mediocre. Please make it work and fix it better. Thank you.

This app continues to disappoint me. I’ve had it for 2 years and with every update it somehow seems to get worse. I can never access my schedule, which keep in mind, is the whole point of this app. It constantly says “error”. Logging out and back in never fixes it either. DO BETTER.

For some reason after this update I no longer get updates on open needs or when the schedule is posted and that’s a problem and now the department view is off by a day so you can’t even see who works this app is terrible now if I could I’d leave a negative review

Requires repeated logins by redirecting to a browser inside app that often crashes and requires the whole app to be closed out and reopened to access your schedule There isn’t a way to go straight from login to Timpani - always have to see the social media board which I don’t want to see or be apart of

This app is awful. It’s always glitching. When I need to see my schedule or my colleagues to switch shifts I can’t. I have to log in every single time despite me clicking the box to remember this device. I never receive notifications despite my settings being turned on.

Latest update doesn’t sync to facility scheduler and shows I’m working days that are not on facility scheduler. Please update so that the working schedule matches facility scheduler. Was working before the update, now not working. Many rely on the app for quick scheduling reference.

You have to continuously log back in. Most of the time the app freezes and you have to restart it. You can only access your schedule half of time you try. Now with the newest update the keyboard doesn’t even populate to allow you to log in.

Don’t like this app at all. I can’t even scroll down on most the pop up icons and when I attempt to swap a shift it won’t allow me to submit because I can’t view available swaps. Slow app and horrible layout and application overall. Not user friendly.

It doesn’t work. It doesn’t give you the choice to decline the upgrade and therefore does not allow to see the information. Remove the hard stop for the upgrade. This app should be friendly for all users.

Just updated today and there is only a blank screen then it says error after it times out from trying to load the app.

The app used to be so easy to use but now it takes 2 authentication and login processes to get in and it inconsistently actually allows me to see the schedule. Timpani and inspire are not compatible and it’s very irritating to not use a mobile way to see the schedule

I can’t use the app anymore because it requires to update my phone software. Can they stop updating? There are no differences on the updates. Now I am not able to view my work schedule, so annoying and frustrating.

The newest update is only available on the new iOS, and the app prevents you from using it at all without having the newest iOS. This is extremely frustrating.

Ever since the update, i can’t use the app. It keeps saying “can’t connect to the internet” when everything else on my phone is connected. Sooooo frustrating.

Please reduce the clicking back and forth I have to do between the posting board and my schedule. I updated the app and it’s useless because it doesn’t even pull up my schedule. The department view doesn’t work either. Please fix this.

I believe my facility is beginning it's transition to Timpani and as a result the app is no longer updated after July 19th even though we don't have a Timpani app. Very inconvenient in a time when we're used to seeing our schedule formatted for our phones

Literally can’t see anything in the app when I go to view my schedule. It is not mobile friendly whatsoever - this applies to the app and accessing Timpani using a mobile browser. Come on, guys. Don’t bother releasing something that is clearly unfinished.

This app was useful until it wasn’t, meaning I could see my schedule and now it’s utterly useless and frustrating. I gave to stars and that was being nice.

The most useful part of this app is the ability to see your schedule, and the dates are all wrong! It's so annoying.

I cannot get the app to even load since the update. I have tried to delete it and re-download it with the same result. This is in no way helpful for those of us who rely on it to see our schedules.

Pretty awful. Always glitching. Doesn’t load half the time, and difficult to differentiate days. The interface is clumsy with a lot of extra selections needed to just access a certain days schedule.

Not sure what this last update was supposed to do but it now takes 9 business days for this thing to load

App stays stuck loading and never actually shows data, can see this is an issue for multiple people and yet there is no update fixing it

Every update makes this app worse please just get rid of the Facebook feed and let us see our schedule without having to log in every day

Almost always has an issue connecting to server, even when up to date. Rarely able to access my schedule

My app all of a sudden stopped working and won’t allow me to log in. It doesn’t even give me the opportunity to put my credentials. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it and still nothing.
