How do I cancel the ADP My Work subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select ADP My Work from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the ADP My Work app?
Touch and hold the ADP My Work icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

I wish it would fill in the end date with at least the start date. Instead the dumb system resets to today if you don’t also fill in the end. It’s really sad not to see what the projected times for the year will be. I miss Ultipro. I also hate that if I make a mistake I have to go to HR to get the request canceled. Such a waste of resources.
The apps is always having problems. Every time I need to use it I have issue. In many occasion it does not even enter. Not the only person in my office that have problems with it. Incredible the old device that we have which was less expensive work a lot better.
I can see my team and their time off that’s approved or in motion and see whether I should even bother requesting time off on a day. So nice!
Needs a better user friendly way to do edits for punches.

ADP My Work Negative Reviews and Ratings
Actively, right now, at 4:50 PM, I am 15 feet inwards and about 30-35 feet under a freeway with FULL BARS and 5G service and cannot get this app to load and it it does the app barely works. If I walk 50 feet away from the freeway it still DOESNT work and a lot of the time I have to completely restart or delete the app. Streaming apps can load 4k video no problem for an hour but I go to clock in or out and it has an aneurism cause what, the signal isn’t on steroids? This app requires WAY too much bandwidth to even function for what it is. it needs to be optimized. Technology shouldn’t revert in capability, until nobody cares.
It’s remarkable that such a simple process can be so difficult. From issues logging in to issues loading to the simple fact that the UI is difficult to use and randomly breaks when previously operational, there has never been a time that this app has been easy or simple to use. This is especially frustrating because it’s a matter of logging and accessing hours worked which impacts my compensation. Unacceptable. It’s funny that if you read most of the 5 star reviews they are actually negative—not sure how people can mess that up and leave five stars and a negative review (must be the same type of people hired to develop this app).
All I wanna do is look at my paystub’s. When I register, it shows a list of past companies that I worked for and asks me which one I’m associated with if I’m not associated with any of them now and there’s no other option to choose except for companies that I no longer work for. So if I go ahead and select one of those companies I just get a message telling me that that company doesn’t participate and it gives me no other option to change companies or any other option to do anything other than sign out. This app is also what I’m supposed to use if I want to change my direct deposit information which I will need to do soon.
The entire app is a website that is working terribly on mobile devices. It will happily let you add punch out times before your punch in time. It takes to fingers to zoom on the websites because the chat bot icon constantly covers confirmation buttons. It becomes unresponsive regularly. The menu is on the wrong side of the screen, none of the controls are easy to use and even harder to understand. You need extensive training to do the simplest tasks and everything has not been thought through with a mobile app users perspective in mind. It is a website after all.
The app is fine when it works, but it’s absolutely horrible when it doesn’t and it doesn’t at least once every week or almost every week. I would try to log in through the app, and I would just get the spinning loading wheel and it doesn’t log in. And sometimes it doesn’t even move to the loading wheel once I click enter after inputting my log in information. It just stays at the log in page. I don’t know why the app keeps doing this but it’s annoying and it never seems to be fixed.
They are still working on the bugs . (Hopefully) When you put in time off it doesn’t show up on time card after it’s been approved so it messes up calculating my hours. I also wish they would combine both apps into one so we don’t have to use two separate apps to access our work benefits, etc… The Face ID feature has made it a little easier.
Nothing like kicking your day off feeling like nothing ever works, you can’t get anything done, and your a worthless pos that even your company you work for won’t think about you enough to just make one thing about your life easier by getting an app that works so i don’t know any other way to end this senseless process of ruining my day. Get another job? Stop making clocking in a bureaucratic process.
This app was great when it first came out for our work to use. After about a month it stopped using Face ID and wouldn’t even let me use my log in codes to log in. I haven’t been able to clock in and out of work using the app in over a week. My boss has had to manually log me in and out. Other coworkers are having the same issues.
This app is terrible! Whenever I go to login to my account, the app bugs out and flashes green and white screens and then freezes on a blank white screen and won’t let me do anything. Yes, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. This problem even happens to me when I try and login to my account on the ADP My Work website from my computer! Freaking terrible app.
App needs constant refresh, says I bookmarked it but didn’t, used kiosk that days pay never showed up. For the reputation I heard from hr, I have to tell anyone this app and their website from kiosk can be totally unreliable. Keep track of your time!
I keep getting this same message when I try to log in. It’s pretty important for me to get in and now I can’t. “We're sorry, the link you bookmarked for this page bypasses ADP security standards. Please use the link provided by your organization to log in to ADP® Workforce Manager. If you need help, reach out to your company's administrator.”
This app is terrible. I can’t log in, see my schedule, or get important updates, while everyone else at my job has no issues. If you rely on this app for work, be prepared to deal with stress and potential job risks because of its random malfunctions. Fix your system, people’s jobs depend on it.
I understand having bugs, but this feels like some kids first website he’s made. You’d think for such a massive company they could afford to make something more usable and less early 2000 feeling. Seriously what are y’all doing.
Each time I punch in or out I have to uninstall and reinstall. Each. And. Every. Time. Delete app, reinstall, punch in. Delete app, reinstall, punch out. Delete app, reinstall, punch in. Gotta be the worst app possibly ever. I can't believe something that could be a spreadsheet has been made so difficult and broken. A ton of login inconsistencies and issues and on an app carrying information such as announcements and schedules thats just not excusable.
The Fleet office staff never is paid for the weekends. We have never been charged for weekends in the Pacific timesheet when we request our times off. If we don’t add our weekends into our request scheduling assumes we are available Even though we’re not.
So many issues with this new update. Definitely not user friendly. I’ve also been told it causes headaches for management trying to fix changes caused by the deficiencies in the app. I think it’s time for a new update.
This app is ok when u can use it…..most of the time I can’t login and have to create a new pw. It’s very annoying. If I had another option I would try that one. It needs a good updating.
I try to log in and it keeps telling me “we’re having trouble signing in please try to sign in again” I try over and over for the same message. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Nothing. How am I supposed to clock in and out??
Why can’t I sign in? I’ve tried everything. Uninstalling, reinstalling it just says loading with a white screen. I haven’t even started this job yet but I hope they have a backup plan because this is not professional.
App is fine when it works but that’s rare. Most of the time when i log in i get a white screen and my account NEVER loads. I been trying to log in and use the app for days now and it still isn’t working.
Nightmare of an app to use. So glitchy and the UI just straight up fails on you. Don’t fall for the overall rating. It has to be botted. There is no way there should be these many issues to simply clock in and clock out
This clown won’t accept what we have ADP Mobile Solution. They own under same ADP and won’t work together. Poor job! I can’t even track my time because won’t let me sign in with my ADP account.
Nothing about this app functions correctly. Long load times. Incorrect aspect ratio. Constant error messages. How does a company as big and as resourced as ADP think this is acceptable? A high school student could certainly make a better app than this.
This app worked for a total of TWO days and stopped working/loading. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it several times only to sit on a blank white screen waiting. Make it make sense?!
This app is unreliable for any length of time. Every few days or weeks, there’s some sort of problem with it. It’s an aggravation. If the app is any indication on the quality provided by the company, I would look elsewhere.
App is very unreliable. Works about half the time. Can’t even get logged in. Also nowhere to add comments on time off it is only a portion of the day.
Why is it impossible to log in with the correct password for the second time???? Why is there no access to the application with the CORRECT PASSWORD after registration??? There is no support. The operation of the application is an absolute fiasco
This Mobile app is not very intuitive or user friendly. I often find myself asking my peers what to enter specifically. I find it frustrating. 1 Star sorry. Step it up
Firstly, the geolocation takes way too long to process. using this app is both inefficient and distracting from the general work environment. forcing workers to punch in and out on the dot, with no way to make self revisions with one minute of the punch not only supports a toxic work environment but also encourages staring at a clock rather than at the actual tasks at hand. this app should be wiped from the internet.
Cannot connect to my workplace. Once I put my work information in, a white screen pops up and nothing loads. Tried reinstalling the app and it didn’t help

Shouldn’t be this hard. Don’t think this is an actual app as every so often I can’t sign in and get a webpage screen that says the page I bookmarked has expired.
The app it’s fine but I used to be able to see my timecard and now I can’t. I think it’s not working because it doesn’t let me see it.
Just garbage. What else can I say. “Always designing for people” yea right. Why is there more than one work app for ADP. Pay roll, and time off are all connected to the same job.
Face ID consistent in not working. Makes you sign in even when you’ve already activated Face ID. Requires ADP MOBILE APP TO ACCESS due to the fact that I have no clue what my user and pass is for this app.
I’m no longer able to find where I submit my time off requests. Terrible update. Also Face ID errors after one time so I can’t even use it
Last update broke the app, cmon now. I get the buffer circle for 20 min trying to clock in.
Too many connection error problems and at times it can also be HR too.
Have to delete the app sometimes multiple times a day to get it to work again
Why are we not getting monthly app updates? There are daily issues with this app. The only saving grace is the facial recognition for login.
Terrible optimization, app looks like it belongs on the iPhone 3. We should have to use two apps to access our information.
Glitchy, laggy, and terrible
Nothing intuitive about it, way too many steps to log in and out. As a punch card, doesn’t work more often than it does. Can’t access paystubs, have to go through their old app, meaning you need both apps to make either work, which neither does well. The whole thing should be dumped and the original app should be overhauled to make more user friendly.
I’ve never used an app that is so cumbersome. It’s basically just a link to the ADP website which is not at all mobile friendly. Everything about it is useless. Very unimpressed.
