Really bad to get an appointmentThe app has several bugs that need to be corrected, in our case we are a Cuban family that was stranded in Mexico with 2 minors since December 29, there are 4 of us in total. It is also unfair that those of us who wait inside the places where we can order do not really receive it and people who are not in Mexico even receive it. Could easily become much more useful than it is right nowRight now the app feels more or less like a mobile-friendlier version of the CBP website, with the catch that you have to log in every time you want to use it, even for features that normally don’t require an account. Considering that you do have to log in, what would really make it more useful is if you could save your visas/documents and access them quickly and in one place (as the app’s name implies). For example, when you need proof of having a valid I-94 or want to access your travel history, it would be nice not to have to re-enter your entire details over and over, but have them just available via some sort of dashboard.
