Top notch app… almost elite.This is one of those apps that you get and want to keep because it does what it says and the rewards outweigh the effort. With that being said, it’s beginning to start making changes that are starting to go the opposite way. They are starting to make it harder for individuals to earn the rewards. You used to have to upload 10 receipts for the $10 reward and now you get a certain amount for different categories of receipts. For example (and this isn’t exactly accurate just an example) if you upload a receipt from Home Depot you get $0.75 towards the $20 reward and if you upload a receipt from a gas station you might get $0.15 towards the max $10 receipts reward. Instead of each valid receipt you upload being valued at $1 towards your max $10 reward. Which I think is an understandable change for them to make but I have to mention it as one of the changes they’ve made and that it makes a user have to upload a substantially higher amount of receipts. Smartphones are a necessity these days and despite paying $1000 or more for the device we think we own, the scum bags at Apple and Google steal every detail about us and sell it. Do you think Apple cares about your privacy? They allow you to block apps from tracking you under the guise of privacy, when all they are doing is keeping your information for themselves to sell it. All the tech companies do. If you own a device that connects to the internet you are betting stripped of your privacy and sold off to the highest bidder. Simple and easy moneyI’ve been using this app for just over a year now and couldn’t be happier. I have never had an issue with anything. I’ve made a decent amount of money from this too, shocking honestly. I allow all the tracking data and then answer the surveys when they come up. I was happy to see how much they had advanced it and how you’re able to make a minimum of $12 a month now, then if you add on the surveys that pop up - it just goes up from there. Good luck to anyone that is able to utilize this, it’s worth it. New ad optionI love using this app, it’s easy and gives me a reward for uploading before the end of each month..when the added the option of Ad sharing for an extra $2 I was super excited. After the first month and a few later my phone started acting up.I would not connect to the wifi or cellular data. I had to reset my network data, safari started working great however my apps would , for 2 days I was frustrated and confused. Finally I scheduled an appointment at the Apple store. At first the tech had no idea why it was doing that but after I told him in settings the VPN button kept switching on and off by itself. Immediately it clicked to him that whatever was using the vpn was blocking the network and sure enough the only thing that was using the vpn was this app. As soon as he disconnected it my phone was back to normal. Bug in receipts buttonMy account has received the notification of being invited and able to upload receipt. But the page of receipt button still showing "Space is limited....you are on waitlist, we will notify you...'' But if I tap the receipt button twice, it will show me the "Upload Receipt" page. However, it only stays less than half second before automatically go back to waitlist messages page. I had to be extremely quick enough to tap the actual upload receipt blue button in order to upload receipts . (Which proved I'm not on waitlist). Easy to earn & contributeThis is the most straightforward receipt (shopping/purchase) rewards & survey app I’ve used! It may not have the highest potential earnings per month, but the process & time required are the best! Receipts can be submitted via photo, or emailing Shopper Panel an e-receipt! But why tho?When i first started it was great. a dollar for each reciept and it didnt matter how old it was, FRIGGIN AMAZING! but the next update was a 30 window, fine thats still doable, still a dollar per receipt, i can still work with that. then the nextt update came, 15¢ to $1 max per receipt. Horrible UpdateThe App used to work great! I love being part of the Panel but this last update a week ago has a major problem. I click on the icon and I can’t get into the app. My screen goes black and I can’t get to anything. It’s never done that before. I figured it was just a glitch so I rebooted my phone. Nope not that. Looked to see if there was a better update. Not that either. I have been searching everywhere to get a way to contact the help desk for the Shopper Panel and can’t find anything. And the App Store information has a link to report a problem but I can’t get in there to report the problem. The report area won’t let me choose the panel. Ugh I’m extremely frustrated. Used to be great!!!! No longer worth the time.I used to faithfully use this along with Fetch and it was fantastic!!! Last month they updated their receipt totals instead of just giving you a dollar for your each shopping trip with a cap of ten receipts, which was fantastic to get $10 bucks back for spending a bunch of money all month long. Now it’s like 15-25 cents for most places, I’m already at 6 receipts which has given me a whole hot $1…. •_• with such a dramatic price drop with on top of taking a bunch of data from us for using the app it’s NOT WORTH it anymore. Needs to be more accurateThis app used to be much better when receipts were worth more money but I get it. However, now that most receipts are only worth a dime, it would be nice if they registered more accurately. I can’t even find anyone to email about it. When it tells you a receipt is “not eligible”, you can request a review. I don’t know who reviews it but I don’t think it’s an actual human because there’s no way mine would get denied. One time it recently happened with toilet paper! How is toilet paper ineligible? I think AI bases it on the name of the store, not the items purchased. But even then it doesn’t always make sense. Meh!I’ve been using the app for about 4 years. It started out great, you scan a receipt (no matter what store) and you received a dollar. You were able to stand 10 receipts a month and receive a $10 gift card. As of now, it has changed. They have now made it to where you will scan receipts to stores you’ve visited and depending on the store you can receive as little as $.10 per receipt. Also, before I had no problems uploading a receipt and as of now there are times when I will upload a receipt and it will show an error. Changed for the worstUsed to be great but they changed the way they value receipts and each category of stores is worth a different amount; no longer $1 given for every receipt. Grocery stores are only worth 15 cents and that’s frustrating. Also frustrating: I can never see the value of the receipt I’m currently uploading. To see the value of that receipt, I have to upload another one and it will then show me the value of the previous one, but not the one just uploaded. It’s okI’ve had this app for a few years now, and I’m slowly losing the love. When I first got the app, each receipt was worth $1, which was awesome, and you could earn up to $10 per month on receipts. Then, they changed the structure so that different types of receipts were worth different amounts, between $0.10 and $1 per receipt. Fine, I get that. Now, they’ve dropped the max amount you can earn on any receipt to $0.70. In addition, I’m constantly having an issue with it miss categorizing the receipts worth $0.70 as lesser amounts. Like, I get it’s basically “free money,” but I really don’t wanna have to reach out to support every time just to make sure I get my owed $0.50. Seriously. Easy way to earn extra!I participate in a ton of different survey programs/receipt scanning and this is definitely one of my top favorites! This scanner is simple, quick, and I really appreciate the ability to forward digital receipts (I do a ton of online shopping). With a recent update, the guidelines for how much is earned within specified categories (ie “box box stores, grocery stores, retail, etc) have changed quite a bit but the earnings are still feasible. Great for gift cards but receipt recognition needs helpLately receipts are failing to be accepted. I’ve uploaded 2-3 receipts from the same vendor (same email format), and one will reject because it says there’s no vendor. Request a review, immediately comes back failed. No further option to assist. No option to contact support in the app (not even to email if chat is not feasible to implement here). Love the ability to earn gift cards, even after receipt values have dwindled to having to submit 3-4x the number of receipts to earn what I would have earned last year. Can we please delete receipts that didn’t upload?Overall, I love this app. It’s very easy to earn $10+ every month. But if a receipt fails to upload, I’ve pretty much never been able to get it to upload when I hit Retry. And then these failed uploads just pile up. We can’t delete them, and they don’t go away when the next month starts. I’m up to three or four of them, and I’ve only been on this app a couple months. I would contact customer service for this, but the only option is to have them call me. This isn’t worth a phone call-just let me delete these receipts! Still delete failed to upload receiptsSomeone mentioned this in a review from two years ago, but it’s still a problem. If a receipt fails to upload and on retry, it continues to fail, no matter how often you retry it will never work. This receipt then remains in my app and I have no option to delete it. I can retry, and it will continue to fail. Two years later, and we still have don’t have the option to delete receipts, or at least delete the ones that failed to upload. Very good, with one flawI’m very happy to be a part of this program. I like the rewards and ability to participate in surveys with potential for more rewards. However, I wish you could delete the receipts that fail to upload. I have a MASSIVE list of receipts that have failed to upload that just keeps getting longer and makes it harder and harder to scroll down to my list of receipts that ARE good for the month. Unable to tile pictures togetherLove the idea and the rewards, but I am not able to tile pictures together on a long receipt. Not able to find option or FAQ to get help with this. The developer does not realize that the banner at the bottom of the screen covers the option to add to the receipt and the screen does not scroll up allowing you to uncover the function. This is a cry for helpLove the app. I’ve been a panelist for a while now. With the last update the ads feature was added and I opted in for. I gave the app permission to track ads and permission to send notifications. Once I hit the “allow notifications” button the app crashed immediately and has not been able to boot back up. Panel Update: 4-starsI really do enjoy the panel and have been a long time participant. I did however give it four stars because it is now extremely difficult to be able to meet your max earning potential with receipts. I had to scan 63 receipts to meet my reward. I would love to participate in the new offers rewards program and I have several purchases from other store’s that qualify, but I can count on one hand the amount of times I have shopped in a physical store this year. Not worth your time. App is SO SLOWI don’t think it’s worth getting this app anymore to scan your receipts. The app is so slow not just to open but to scan. The app is not very responsive to touch comments anymore. For you to scan one receipt it will take about three minutes. So if you have a lot of receipts, it’s gonna take you a long time and that $0.10 that you get per receipt is not worth your time. Love this app up until….I took off a star because i got an email which I’m sure all users have, that the app is going to place certain submissions into categories and not all receipts will qualify so I’m a little disappointed that there will be that change. Love Amazon shoppers panelI love the Amazon shoppers panel. The only thing I would recommend is when it comes to certain electronics and kitchen items is maybe ask if the person has purchased the item within the last year. I had purchased a new sodastream from Amazon and about 3 months later was the survey for sodastream and one of the questions was how likely would I purchase a sodastream? Mine was still new. Consistent undervaluing receipts and rejectionsI will not complain about them decreasing the value of receipts. Yes it is absolutely infinitely harder to get $10, I agree. I will say the surveys generate a lot more money now. I’ve been a member for six years . They are a company they are free to alter this program. I don’t like it, but this is not my company. What I will complain about is the app’s inability to correctly read receipts. I’ve noticed that competitor retail receipts are routinely rejected (Walmart specifically). I had to submit one six times for it to be approved. In the reasons for rejection I normally can’t read receipt or there isn’t a receipt. I get emailed receipts with item descriptions prices everything is exceedingly clear. I won’t speculate on the reason for the repeated rejections……. Another example of program errors include the consistent undervaluing of stores. JCrew is a clothing store. It is not a specialty store…. It is not a pet store. The receipt should be worth one dollar.. I am particularly aggravated because every time I request reconsideration it still comes back as a specialty store. It is particularly aggravating they cannot correctly categorize this because I shop there frequently. Another company oats overnight where I make a large purchase, every single month is consistently found to be invalid. The company also does not come up when you search receipts. This is a specialty product. I’m thankful they finally fixed the issue with EXPRESS. I do wish they would fix their store categorization issues.M4218dVersion: 4.5.6

Recent update made it barely worth usingI have been using this app for probably about two years. You used to be able to get $10 by submitting 10 receipts- $1 per receipt. After a recent update they’ve changed it to where you’re lucky to get 15¢ per receipt. That’s IF they even accept the receipt you submit. I’ve had way more denied receipts since the update than I ever got before. So not only do you now need an absolutely absurd amount of receipts to get anything substantial, you also have to deal with a higher percentage of them getting denied. I’ve been considering just uninstalling the app entirely because ever since the update the most rewards in a month I’ve gotten is $4. It just isn’t worth the frustration anymore. Last year I was able to save up enough money from this app to buy multiple Christmas presents for family with it. I currently have $4.35 in my account from this app and that’s after saving it up for literally 2-3 months. Feels like a scam now. Only slightly worth itI’ve been using this app since the beginning, but it has gotten constantly worse with time. They continue to decrease the amounts of cashback with some down to 10 cents when they used to be a dollar. Nerfed update in August 2024The recent "updates" to this app make it ridiculous to use nowadays. They lowered the receipt reward from $1.00 to $0.15. In addition, many of the prior qualifying purchases no longer count (examples transportation or dining expenses). No reasoning given. When you do have a purchase that qualifies - example: a tent, which would fall under home decor, they still incorrectly categorize it as a $0.15 receipt. We recently bought Hoka sneakers. That receipt should be $1.00 because it falls under the clothing and shoes category. We got $0.15 for it even after an appeal. I've also had issues trying to appeal if the vendor name isn't in their database. Their submit button, after choosing vendor if it exists, is grayed out. Changed amount you can earn per receiptOriginally you could submit 10 receipts to earn $10. Then they changed what they could accept for receipts but you could still submit up to 10 receipts and earn $1 per receipt. Now they have drastically limited what they accept and most receipts will only get you 15 to 25 cents. It’s only 15 cents for grocery stores and drug stores. A Walmart or Target receipt is worth only 25 cents now, so instead of submitting 10 of those (the bulk of most people’s receipts) you have to submit 40 to get the maximum $10 payout. I don’t know about you, but I don’t shop at those stores 40 times per month. Receipts used to be reviewed within a couple minutes. All my receipts I submitted for this month are stuck in review because of how particular they have gotten. Went from good to badThey use to reward you for a variety of receipts and they still do but they just make it less worthwhile. With there new receipt changes they will only plan to reward you with pennies on the dollar per receipt. It’s a Joke! “Fetch” on average rewards you more then this new change. Ridiculous ChangesYou used to be able to scan 10 receipts and get a dollar per receipt in addition to 2 dollars a month for having your ads on and tracked. They’ve changed the receipt scamming so you only get 15 cents per receipt and 1 for non food receipts. The issue is, it almost never takes non food receipts as non food and will still give you 15 cents. Now they’re saying the next update will take away the 2 dollars for having your ads on and sharing. Instead they’ll be giving more surveys for you to earn the money for the ads. You only receive about 10 cents per survey. So in the past, you could have easily made anywhere between 10-15 dollars in the app. Now, you’ll be lucky if you make 2 dollars. I will be deleting after October 1st when the new update drops. Changes to the app have ruined itStarting in June 2024 - they started special offers to buy certain items for increased reward - stuff that only certain people would be in the market for like a specific Samsung tv or a name brand refrigerator. Not worth it with all the rules changingThis app started out really great, and I would always make at least $10 a month, sometimes almost $15 with surveys, ad verification, etc. Over the past few months they’ve changed it more and more every month so that you make less and less. First it was you could only use receipts from certain types of stores, and then they changed the amount you get per type of store you shop at, this coming month they are removing the options to get paid for ad verification. This all makes it very hard to make it worth having the app at all. This current month I’ve submitted 21 receipts and making just barely $4 WITH the ad verification. Next month it will be about $2 less without the verification which will probably make me stop using the app all together. Between the getting rid of accepting gas and food receipts to making it almost impossible to get the $10 I have submitted almost 30 receipts this month and I’m only a little over $6. Don’t fall for itYou were led to believe that you will get all kinds of surveys and rewards for scanning your receipts as well as money for letting them track you but it’s all lies. Every survey I received has only been 25 $.50 and I’ve only gotten maybe four of those in a month it’s totally not worth your time. The receipt scanning thing is apparently only by invitation and not for everyone apparently. They will also ask you to let them run the VPN on your phone so they can track your ads and they will pay you, but they only give you two dollars a month for this. Not a fan of the new receipt valuesI’m not a fan of the new update on the value of each receipt turned in. I purchase a lot of jiu-jitsu gear from independent specialized companies which should be considered a sports store. However, the receipts get keep getting counted as $.15 instead of a dollar. Down the drainIt was great while it lasted but as someone else stated. It’s now due to recent updates that the values have decreased and they don’t accept certain receipts anymore. Honestly all the receipts from August and September weren’t enough.
