I had been using the app for a few weeks without issues. Then I had to restore my iPhone and when reinstalling the app it requested my password, which I had forgotten. I have tried multiple times to reset my password, and after reseting it successfully the app won’t let me sign in, stating that either my email or password are wrong. There is no way to make it work, and Starbucks customer service doesn’t even reply to my emails. So this app and rewards service is totally useless to me.

This review is about the app, not the loyalty program, but even the app is underwhelming. It often stalls when I am trying to pick a store or access the menu or my order history, rendering it unusable for ordering ahead. Then of course there’s the loyalty program. I’ll take what I can get but it’s not a compelling reason to stay loyal when you have to spend 625 AED to get one free drink.

This app is worthless, except for scanning when making a purchase. It constantly gets stuck, canon open email messages, seems your notifications, which are impossible to open… etc., and the list goes on. I am giving it an extra star as a courtesy and out of loyalty to my favorite Starbucks Mocha. Otherwise, it deserves 1 star. Please fix this app.

Rewards aren’t given if you have already paid and forgot to get the out the app,even while still at the cashier there is no way to get rewards after paying in the same moment. All I ask for is to get access to the rewards before and after paying - where you can scan your receipt or work around it in anyway or else there is no use to this app.

0.4 stars per AED 250 stars per ‘free’ drink which means 625 AED per ‘free’ drink then if you reach 750 stars they grant you a free drink on your birthday. All of that is fairly unimaginative and uninspiring. But if you’re late telling them your birthday, this is the stingy part: if you didn’t tell them 24 hours in advance, no free drink that you earned by accumulating 750 points. Wait until next year. I saw these reviews are typically forwarded to the ‘developer’ but I think this is more of a problem of the whole reward program being a bad one, administered by ‘policy’ in a very stingy way.

App won’t work. Tried to use several features, tried to sign up for loyalty program — it won’t let me due to numerous error messages (tried several times with different credentials).

For many drinks I can’t choose what milk I want. Hope they fix that soon. Other then that it’s not bad.

I have lost all my points which would include 3 free drinks after this last update. I have lost more than 850points

The reward structure is .4 stars per 1 aed spent. This means that you have to spend 625 aed to earn each free drink. This isn’t a reward program it is a joke.

Unfortunately app has a lot of issues

The most stingy points system ever. Takes forever to earn anything. Gold level doesn’t even come with real benefits. Worst loyalty app ever

There is no option for the customer to write any preferences

What a joke! You need to spend AED 625 to get 250 stars which enables 1 free drink. 🤣 The Costa rewards app is WAY BETTER. Spend AED 200 to get a free coffee.
