Coffee is great. Service is great. Lately the app is repeatedly malfunctioning-says I have wrong password but after going through the reset it just opens the app, doesn’t reset password

Missing features I used to find other Starbucks apps in other countries, ordering in advance and editing the order and getting free add ons for the order when you’re at gold level. So nothing special about the app except the free drinks you get when you pay a lot of money. After the last update two days ago my app keeps crashing and I can’t use it anymore!! Fix this !!

How can i change the language in english?

I used the app for month with no issues. Then it simply stopped working and wouldn’t let me log in. I receive a message stating “Something went wrong, please try again.” I even tried to set up a new account with a different email, same issue. I have sent multiple emails to the Customer Service email, only to receive automated messages stating that someone will contact me within 24 hours.

This last update is not making the app work, although I deleted and reinstalled it then going through the tutorial but after that it crashes and doesn’t open at all. Another complaint is there is no menu in the application to help me choose a certain drink which is frustrating.

I thought I would get real benefits from the gold membership, it only makes your free drink comes faster but, u still have to spend a lot of money for it, no free shots, reduced costs, or anything special. Don’t get hyped when u get the gold membership, it doesn’t worth it. It could take months before getting a single benefit from it, which is only an increase by one star from the normal membership. Also, they give you a drink, not for free, but you can buy it before normal members by 3 days with the normal price they will sell it for. Not worth it.

CNN reported on the 1st of May that “Starbucks just had a ‘disappointing’ quarter. Here’s how it plans to turn things around.” Furthermore, CNN explained, “ Those difficulties he mentioned include Starbucks’ Middle East franchisee, Alshaya Group, recently cutting thousands of jobs at its coffee shops because of a “challenging” work environment as the chain grapples with boycotts over the brand” relating to 🍉 Shockingly, CNN further reports that Starbucks’s CEO is metigating the first quarter’s drop by introducing “Triple Shot Reinvention with Two Pumps” and promising app users a new upgrade. Really?! A shot and an app upgrade? Talk about the power of listening. App deleted.

The app just keeps crashing since the last update. I restarted my iPhone, didn’t work. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, still didn’t work. There was no way to submit a complain so had to do it here for the world to see.

When app first came out it use to work fine and track your rewards now its stuck at the same points no matter how many scans and purchases you make its useless and its a reoccurring issue

I think starbucks should have delivery

User experience is bad. Needs to upgrade and focus on user experience. I can’t figure out how to scan the receipt or how to use it

Comparability is horrible and does not let me log in to my account. Had a horrible headache trying to navigate the platform. Please do better. This is so disappointing.

We have waited for long time exposing to have the ordering functionality to be part of this app. Unfortunately this was not the case. WHY Starbucks Saudi branch.

I tried to update my phone and redownload the app and still didn’t work at all what’s the problem?

Drive thru orders are not getting points. Today is my Third time trying and no were points granted

Worthless Rewards , I prefer to take my coffee fast rather than lose 1 seconds with this App for free coffee Vs 125 coffee I already pay.

There is an error with the app after the update I can sign in, but then it force close the app. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, with same issue! Now I can not order, as I will not be able to collect star points!

Fix the new update it crashes the app 😫

حذفت التطبيق ولا يمكن أرجع لهذا البراند مرة ثانية بعد مواقفهم السياسية .. البراندات المحلية أفضل بمراحل والحمد لله إنه ما كان من مفضلاتي من الأساس

للامانه مو شايف اي فايده منه تجميع النقاط صعب وتحتاج عشان مشروب واحد اكثر من ست مية ريال ولا يقدم لك البرنامج عروض والفرق لو صرت قولد يحق لك في البيرثدي مشروب واحد

ما يضيف لك الا ٤ نقاط على كل ١٠ ريال يعني مت ياحمار وانت ماجمعت

تطبيق غريب يغلق لوحده ولايمكن فتحه

بعد التحديث التطبيق لا يعمل ويتم اخراجي فورا التطبيق كنقاط لا يعتبر ذو فايده حقيقه لا تجود مميزات للأعضاء ذو النقاط العاليه يحتاج الى دعم مستمر يحتاج الى تميز الاعضاء ذو الولاء
