This was one of my favorite magazines to learn about the most extraordinary photos of gatherings , clothes , travels , parties and of course reading the horoscope was an absolute must .. now everything , even the interviews .. have become a bloody bore ..
Until this app allows for print subscribers to get either a free read a la Vanity Fair or a discounted read, it will never get to three stars or more.
The app doesn’t seem to work and they have been unresponsive...so can’t recommend subscribing...
Ditto for all the previous comments. Join the digital world free for print subscribers.
This magazine was already an absolute favorite and the app falls right in line with T&Cs quality. Love!!

Town & Country Magazine US Negative Reviews and Ratings
Despite never having a problem with Apple subscriptions to other publications this one is impossible to access I’m in a loop of being asked for my password over and over and not getting access to the magazine - especially if I try to click through a links so frustrating
I subscribed but can’t get the travel section and it won’t key me set up my account. It’s a bad website and a ripoff
App is not working. I have paid but no access. Will cancel tomorrow.
Poor subscription on devices!
....nor have I received the hard copy....
I subscribe to several other magazines and I am still in awe that a magazine as well known as Town and Country has major, major limited digital capabilities. Why is it that a subscriber to your digital magazine does not have the ability to enlarge the text! I mean really !!!! When are your going to correct a truly poor function issue? I will just go to the Zinio app should I choose to down load any of your magazines. Better yet I might just save my money and go to the bookstore or library if its really an issue I must see. Please give those individual the ability to enlarge the text/reading material.
It’s not an app. It’s just photos of the pages. It’s impossible to read, font is microscopic unless you zoom in, which is awkward. There is no indexing - you either flip through pages sequentially or try to guess from the tiny thumbnails where you want to go. Impossible to read on an iPad. And don’t even bother trying to read on an iPhone. If you have a print subscription, do not bother changing to the “app."
How is it possible that some mags still believe in not doing what is morally right and giving existing loyal print subscribers free access? Disappointing...to say the least. The free digital access that I get in most of my subscriptions just keeps getting better and better! Take some pointers from Vanity Fair, National Geographic, Real Simple, Glamour, Elle, Time, Newsweek and even Reader's Digest (which is great fun). All are progressing at the speed necessary to maintain a loyal fan base.
This app does not work, specially if you get the print version of Town And Country! It was made up by monkeys in a lab with nothing better to do with their time. Not worth the extra $5 I spent on getting it. Why can't it be like People Magazine easy to use. Stop don't spend your money till they figure out how to make app more user friendly.
...so why can't I access the digital version for free like I can with Vogue, InStyle, etc.? You need to keep up with your competition T&C and allow us regular subscribers to access content digitally for free. As a frequent business traveler I just cannot justify having only "old fashioned" magazine subscriptions that I must lug around. Please reconsider or so will I...
Digital copy not available for print subscribers... I already subscribe to two magazines for both office locations and publisher cannot make digital copy available to current print subscribers. iPad addition would actually cost me more then print... Shame on them!!!
As tasteful as the magazine is you would think the editors would recognize similar taste. Current customers of the paper subscription should not have to make a second purchase to view it on the go!
Have digital and print subscription. Have received only 2 digital subscriptions and no print issues.
This app is just a facsimile of the magazine. Unlike the Conde Nast subscriptions I have, which have full blown magazines with special features, this is just scans of the magazine. I will not be renewing.
You have to zoom in to read anything. This is basically a pdf of the print version.
I really dislike the app. I want my magazines on my bookshelf - not on a separate app trying to sell me everything In the world. The Aino app is awful and makes me wonder if I want to read any of the magazines it supplies.
I completely agree with above review. I have a subscription to the magazine and it does not include the digital edition. When will this industry "get it"? This is not how to transition to the new media. Supremely disappointed.
You expect print subscribers to pay AGAIN for the same magazine? I'll stick with Better Homes & Gardens, thanks.
Shouldn't have to get separate iPad subscription if already a paper subscriber. Very poor customer service.
Not included with print subscriptions like the Economist or other magazines. This is a huge disappointment!
I am a print subscriber...should be able to take it on my iPad. Bummer.
I purchased a hard copy subscription but I can't apply it to the iPad app. Very wrong!!
Really??! Print subscriber and I can't download the same thing I get mailed to me? Wow you and WSJ are gonna have need to get with the times.
Why is the digital edition not included with the print subscription? Catch up with the times T&C.
No digital sub for paper subscribers? Stellar service to those who actually buy your magazine. :-(
I have a print subscription, but cannot view on iPad. Shame! Neena
November issue crashes consistenly.
This app is very weak compared to other magazines I use digitally.
I echo the reviews above. Town and Country is as sharp as a marble.
This app does not represent type of demo T&C is aimed at. It is so antiquated. I’m reading my second issue via iPad app. Whenever I scroll or intend to swipe to next page the app does not know what to do. It’s seems to be over programmed. Also, if you’re not very careful about your scrolling, you no longer get the full page view. It keeps returning to this annoying “options” view. It’s really bad and behind. On an editorial note: are people really that interested in the myriad jewelry ads? Or are those the only advertisers T&C can attract? The articles are still interesting, but this magazine needs a real boost of wow. I’m writing this on 12/31/17 - I’ll give another 3 months for a 2018 turnaround. Good luck!
You must pay MORE for the app per year even if you are a hard copy subscriber!!!! App $19.99 / yr and Hard copy is $15.99 a yr!!! Not worth the price. This publisher needs to get into the 21st century!
