LinkedIn Sales Navigator Positive Reviews

Great app except for the inboxThe mailbox needs a lot of work. I like being able to switch between Li and SalesNav but there are a large number of false positives-meaning it looks like the mailbox has new o mails when there are none. Also I have a read message in my inbox that won’t be marked unread. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I wish this was structured more like email. It’s currently designed like text messaging..Version: 4.9.0

I use the app constantly, so where the heck is the iPad version!!!!Please, LinkedIn for the love of God, build an iPad app for Sales Navigator! I am paying a bunch of money to be able to access my network, share information and find new clients but I want to be able to do that with the best experience possible; I want to be able to do that natively on the iPad without having to go through a browser! Especially since I have to send all my InMail through Sales Navigator, we should have access to an iPad app. Please fix this for us as professionals who are constantly on the go, we should be able to get the best experience possible from something we are paying for. Thank you guys! Also, I must say, I absolutely love Sales Navigator as a tool and on the iPhone it is very stable, works smoothly and looks good. (Now just that iPad app, for reals) ok, I’m done, I think they get the picture..Version: 4.2.9

Can’t live w/o it - areas to improveI couldn’t live without sales navigator and it gets the job done that I need it to. That said, I feel like the user interface and user experience are a bit unpolished in number of ways and it’s surprising to me that they haven’t been addressed. You can’t sort lead and account lists by header rows and since things aren’t sorted alphabetically (I can make sense of the order) this gets annoying when your list gets to be more than a page. Several other eye-rolling user annoyances but like I said, I’d still recommend it to anyone and consider it one of my top tools because of the up-to-date access it gives me to information..Version: 4.4.2

Valuable, but limitedReally valuable tool, but limited by two big factors, 1) thousands of companies have no presence on LinkedIn and 2) the information about those that do is entirely dependent on what is voluntarily shared. Filtering by Revenue for example is really limiting in that the data is often outdated or non-existent. It’s not culled from external sources but dependent on the company to keep their profile updated. LinkedIn is a great resource for B2B selling but it should not be the only resource. That said, Sales Navigator is a great tool for what it does. Just know that you’re only reaching a fraction of your market..Version: 4.3.22

How could you mess this up that badFor the cost of Sales Navigator I really cannot believe how terrible this app is for iPad. The LinkedIn app rules. But c’mon I have to view in portrait so my keyboard on my iPad is useless unless I want to turn my head sideways. I can’t even log in via the web because it takes me right to the app. I thought when I signed up it would be just like it is on the PC, nested within linkedin. Nope, separate terrible app that now makes all my work on the go useless. I love you LinkedIn, I love you so much but dude I hate this App..Version: 4.2.14

Best mobile CRM appI’ve been using it for years and each quarter it gets better. The voice dictation is stronger than the iphones text messaging app, believe it or not. What I love about the app itself is I can log calls while parked in the car, even take notes during a meeting and have it save easily..Version: 4.11.0

Need more CRM style feature + iPad applicationI really enjoy using LinkedIn SN. I would love to be able to use the application via my ipad and have ALL the same features offered via the web on my mobile devises. Please consider adding more CRM style features: List Sort Run Reports Activity Value of opportunity etc... Sorting via address (location) Require a business contact card so when you connect you have the full contact information - managing business cards is very old school-maybe an e-card can be sent with a trusted new connection and updated based on any changes in jobs is updated. LinkedIn has become my most used tool and functionality adds are important. Also can you email the monthly statement for LI SN ?.Version: 4.2.21

Used to be betterI’ve been using Sales Navigator for 6 years now, and it used to be a lot more valuable. Lately it seems to have a lot of bugs. Why’d they remove the lead search function? How come half the time I click on a person’s profile, it opens their profile in LinkedIn now instead of keeping me in the Sales Nav app? I know LinkedIn will keep innovating, but right now, I think there’s a lot of room for improvement..Version: 4.5.6

Hands down the best sales tool I’ve ever usedFinding new prospects and actually being able to connect with them is incredible. Prospects become friends and I stay in touch with a ton of people. Great to see live updates and expand my network. 10/10.Version: 4.3.8

IPad App needed and PBJI like the product so far. But I am in agreement with all the very many request I see on your reviews about the necessity for an iPad App. In this day and age and for a paid monthly service this should be a given. This is a bit like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I can eat a peanut butter sandwich but not near as good or enjoyable in the experience of eating a good PBJ. Please realize the same applies here as it’s good but near as good as it could be. Thanks.Version: 4.3.8

Best business platform for generating new business out there todayIt’s the #1 tool out there today, the amount of information it provides on a prospect is unparalleled. I’ve scheduled more new business meetings through Sales Navigator then any other service or tool..Version: 4.2.1

Complicated to implement - Hoping it delivers on its promiseI am one week into the product. I still don’t have the promised integration with SalesForce. Technical Support is non existent. I expected more out of LinkedIn. I am hopeful I can get it figured out soon or I will cancel my subscription..Version: 4.0.6

Once in profile, none of the buttons workLooking at a prospect and wanted to connect. None of the buttons (connect, add note, add tag, message, etc) work within the app once you are looking at a user’s profile. Any fixes?.Version: 4.4.1

I’m not sure about the app’s utility but,If you are going to use any of the premium accounts, use sales. The search algorithm is easy to use and you can find lots of contacts to reach out to. Tip: connect and use personalized message invites instead of Messages. Better for your network building I wish, for work, I could download an excel spreadsheet of the search (export search list) And for some reason, the text of this “write a review is white against a white background) apologies for any mistakes I have wile writing this lol..Version: 4.10.13

Sales NavigatorThe iPhone app isn’t as good as the LinkedIn app. It needs to be just as robust. My user experience on the iPhone falls short to what I can do on my desktop. Also, this tool needs an iPad app. It’s disappointing that one hasn’t been created yet..Version: 4.2.13

Needs improvementThe app is ok but has some big flaws: 1. The discover tab shows the same account results every day 2. LinkedIn and sales navigator messages are treated like two different things. They are the same and should show in both apps. 3. Searching for new leads/accounts by filtering is limited via the app 4. Push notifications only sporadically work (this is a big issue) 5. Can’t sync new leads / accounts to Salesforce. Makes it difficult to prospect and track without excessive data entry (More an issue with the service than the app) 6. The Salesforce sync that does exist is poorly executed. It’s using legacy notes/attachment objects..Version: 4.1.0

So Interesting!Ready for another level to satisfy your business acumen and curiosity? This is it. I am never disappointed with the intel it sends my way, each and every day. Intuitive and thoughtful. I give it two thumbs up..Version: 4.4.1

Worked okay until April 2018Just recently, I had to reauthenticate and have yet to successfully get back in. I’ve tried deleting and re-installing, hard resets, etc. At first I was concerned about being hacked but fortunately that’s not the case..Version: 4.1.1

Good On A PC Not On A TabletI like the app as it works on a PC, but not as it works on a tablet. It’s like a different app on a tablet, much more difficult to use and missing functionality found on the PC version..Version: 4.3.13

Powerful tool, terrible UXQuite simply, at almost every turn, the design of the user experience is sub par. Two examples: Sending an invite. The text box is about ½ the size of the character limit. But sits inside an almost empty page. Why not make the text box bigger. (Yes write shorter invites too!). Search process. Boolean? In 2021? It’s crazy. Also why have the search parameters be live so easy input needs to load? It takes forever. (There’s more improvements I could mention. ) I have been on LinkedIn since almost day one. I love it. But the software needs serious improvements to the UX. And I’d love to help..Version: 4.10.14

Only room for improvement is messagesVery helpful, only thing that could improve is notifications from messages. Also it’s frustrating that sales nav has a separate message box from regular LinkedIn.Version: 4.7.0

Good Info but a little sloppySales Nav is a valuable tool. It was better in the beginning stages when it had more compatibility with traditional LinkedIn, namely the messages. I do not like having 2 message inboxes and sales navigator can have some glitches. I also have issues getting alerts related to Sales navigator messages..Version: 4.4.7

Almost greatFor the price I’d expect an iPad version by now and some basics like a key to understand what some of the random icons mean in the app and desktop version. But, that being said for B2B biz dev relationship building it’s the only way I prospect on a daily basis. Overall a great tool..Version: 4.2.2

It’s expensive but only way to prospectThere is now no way to tag prospects on LinkedIn with out sales navigator. 80 bucks a month is a lot but you can really hone in on who you want to target through advanced search tool. Also LinkedIn and sales navigator messages are separate and it make no sense. App is okay.Version: 4.0.6

Doesn’t seem to sync properlyWhen I unsave an account from alert or just remove alerts while online they still show up in my app days after. Don’t see the point of having the app if it’s operating independently, ignoring what I do on the website..Version: 4.11.8

Awesome Tool!In all my years in sales, over 40, I have yet to experience a sales tool such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator. My company has made a big bet on it and I for one am happy that they did!.Version: 4.10.1

ReviewIt’s not commercial like LinkedIn has become. I have not cared to much for the slanted articles in LinkedIn. It’s to the point and easy to navigate as well much more business structured..Version: 4.9.1

Worthy of use for sales headhuntersIf you are looking for clients, this is the way to go. It’s better than getting your email banned for so-called spamming..Version: 4.11.18

Good but not greatOverall it’s nice to have on my phone but seems limited in use. We pay a thousand bucks a year + and it just doesn’t feel all there. If they put some work into it like better notifications and more intuitiveness with regular LinkedIn it would be great..Version: 4.2.0

Message integrationInbox/messages should be integrated between LI and LI SN. It’s a bit annoying flipping back and forth, especially when you’re trying to track communication on the same person..Version: 4.8.3

Great ProgramThis is the missing link to relationship selling. Very organized and to the point. A must have for any sales professional..Version: 3.0.1

Best tool for salesI highly recommend it!Best way to prepare list of potential customers, partners and get their insights and reach out to the Crucial toll for my work. I highly recommend it!.Version: 4.4.10

Sales Navigator - THE Gold StandardSales Navigator is the ultimate tool in the modern sales networking approach. The built in analytics and search tools get you to decision makers that you need. I am still discovering its potential ona daily basis..Version: 4.4.7

Game ChangerIn a post pandemic virtual world sales has permanently shifted its way into the door. This tool is teaching me how to knock down those virtual doors and the sky is the limit. Thank you LinkedIn Sales Navigator!!! Nick DeQuardo Senior Sales Engineer ABB.Version: 4.11.7

Login challengesHi I am facing constant login issues on Sales Navigator. The LinkedIn Login details don’t work and the login process goes into a never ending loop with Face ID. Requesting to fix this bug quickly as I am unable to use the App.Version: 4.10.5

GodsendI am so so in love with Sales Nav. The advanced search option and sales coach has been a Godsend. Thank you for designing this platform for me. (😘That is how it makes me feel!).Version: 4.10.6

ReviewSales navigator is very helpful in finding the right people. But it seems like parts are missing on purpose and tags follow up and messaging management..Version: 4.1.6

Magnifique outilUn « incontournable » pour le développement de mes entreprises. Michel Legare voix corporative dans les médias 4.11.15

Sales Navigator Star PowerI’m quite impressed with this tool! It so nice to see such innovation and powerful tools in social media B to B platforms. Nova star power unleashed!.Version: 4.11.14

Great for business networkingThis is the best business networking app ever.Version: 4.8.10

Completely unexpected experience.Seams like a trend where people have to play in order to work, maybe too game oriented for a fellow 57, but fantastic. Senior moments are more frequent than ever. I am still not sure up to which extend this is customized made experience. I could see myself in these mentioned past experiences. Thank you.Version: 4.9.8

Love it, wish I could select and copy textNeeding to copy/paste a lot and you can’t select text in your sales nav inbox on mobile. Other than that it’s great!.Version: 4.8.6

AwesomeGot my investment back on the first day. Well worth the money!.Version: 4.7.0

Very HelpfulI recently opted to use sales navigator and am very satisfied with the result thus far. It has gone beyond my expectations!.Version: 4.5.8

Boîte courrielDes fois je me perds entre les 2 boites courriel - Ln et Sn. Merci.Version: 4.6.0

Confusing to useIt seems two dimensional leads and accounts. I need more information. I think I just need to learn it better. Thanks.Version: 4.5.14

Good jobI like this app to help me find leads in my industry. Great design for usability..Version: 4.3.24

A must for Sales ProfessionalThe application works great on my 6S +.Version: 2.3.0

Reasonable versatilityThere is no doubt that the additional access an app offers over a traditional web based product is a step forward, but for my use there are still some important things that can’t be done within it as currently configured..Version: 4.3.6

Works as intended. No complaints. Works like the a paired down version you use from your browser..Version: 2.2.3

Essential for growing a business.Sales Navigator is like having a secret door that opens new ways into every business opportunity..Version: 2.0.1
