Did not work todayCaptured SOA, enrollment, and HRA with client in an area with no internet service. Thought no problem, I have 24 hrs to sync it. But the sync kept failing. Chat with PHD told me to clear the cache on the app in settings… which wiped everything I was trying to sync out. Back to the drawing board. Lean appI have only used lean on my iPhone and there are quite a few formatting problems. Trying to scroll through the different steps is troublesome. A paragraph for the opt in for paperless material covers up the three slots you are supposed to put in their birthdate, so it takes me a couple taps on each one to actually hit the right spot to open up the option to select their month, day, and year. Overall it works as I have successfully submitted application on it, but it could definitely be optimized for iPhone..JordankentleeVersion: 1.3

Superior Enrollment ProcessI’ve been using LEAN on my iPad Pro since it’s origination. It has always been an improvement from the get go (compared to other online tools or paper apps) and it has definitely surpassed any other means for submitting enrollment applications, i.e. turn around for acceptance, enrollment status within hours, and faster processing for commissions. I’ve been a 100% LEAN user for 18 plus months without exception. I wouldn’t think of any other way. Now with remote signature (Docu-sign) capabilities there is no reason not to use it. SSN Field for Dual AppsThis version is more reliable than previous versions. I haven’t had any issues so far. However, NC Medicaid requires a SSN for Dual apps and there isn’t a field on the application in LEAN. In the past it hasn’t really been an issue bc PHD looked up the SSN. It seems like apps have been pending longer because they are calling the client to ask for the number. As soon as the app hits Jarvis I have been calling PHD to give them the SSN to put in the app notes. If there was a SSN field that would trigger, if you select a NC Dual app, I think it would save time for PHD and the app process. Even if there was an optional SSN field for all of the LEAN apps that would be helpful. Maybe under the question that asks if the prospect has Medicaid, there could be an optional field to enter a SSN beside the Medicaid number field. Not sure which would be easier but I think it is an important change..UHC ICA AgentVersion: 1.3

Works betterMore stable than previous versions. I wish it would recognize Face ID or fingerprint login. You have to login twice, it takes too long to load up. Also would like ability to save client/ prospect info and then add the Medicare Card info later. It’s kind of a road block that requires the Medicare number first. Beware Of TetheringIf your iPad is WiFi only, and use this app while tethered to your phone, it won’t work and is designed not to according to a PHD rep. Apparently it will work if you have cell on your tablet. It was nice to get confirmation of that after trying to use LEAN several times in the field (which is where all my applications come from). Med Supp App on iPadPro freezes every time just before submissionI have no problem with this app on an iPad Air, which lacks the capability of the Apple Pencil, but with the iPadPro (1st Gen 12/2015) I have yet to be able to complete one application without it freezing and having to restart. I have yet to complete any application even after multiple re-starts on this device. Have called PHD for assistance and they have not been able to determine the problem. I have deleted the application and re-installed, I have reset my entire iPad to the original specs with the same results. My MAPD's work flawlessly.
