About TDL Event Services (Dilltree Inc)

This is the official app for TDL Event Services. You can use it on all the events we provide tracking and timing services for*.

The app lets you find and track multiple participants, view an interactive course map, live leaderboards and keep up to date with all the latest event information. It’s perfect for competitors and spectators alike, and can be used to locate points of interest such as drink stations, entertainment points and spectator zones along the route. It also has push notifications and social sharing features.

TDL Event Services Subscription, App Deletion & iOS Support

How do I cancel the TDL Event Services subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select TDL Event Services from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.

How do I delete the TDL Event Services app?

Touch and hold the TDL Event Services icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.
