We could not get to our son's first marathon, but we were so glad to be able to "follow" him in real time! The app somehow guessed his progress for the first 4 miles, and it was pretty accurate, since at the first official split he was pretty close to the estimate. After that, there were 3 more updates and then the finish. A notification sounds at each update, and unofficial results are immediately available. This app greatly relieved me of typical "mom worrying".

I am 68 and my technology skills stopped about 10 yrs ago😂. But my son sent me this App because he thought I would enjoy tracking his wife. A friend helped me set it up…and I loved it SO much. What a joy to know where she was & how she was doing! And to celebrate when she crossed the Finish Line. 🥹🎉I wish I could’ve been there in person. But this was absolutely the next best thing. Whonu?!?! Thank you so much.

The app is amazing! The only problem is it shows you exactly on the map where your runner is and that may not be where they are. The little clock icons on the map are the actual measurements, and everything else is an estimation. We thought we missed our runner because they went out fast! Just make sure you know the difference between the estimations and where they really are.

You’re asked if you are this runner or a supporter. Then a map with your runner is on it. It’s in real time with regular updates. I was so thankful to be able to follow my son. He’s trained really hard. This is his first qualifying race and I think the fact that he finished is wonderful. His time looks outstanding to me. But it will be submitted and they let you know. Thank you for allowing me to be there! Love this app! Bravo!

This is great technology and free. What a great way to check on a runner in a race and get to a point to watch them. My only suggestion would be make it easier to find the nav to pin the users location I stumbled upon it while another parents app prompted Them to share their location automatically. By doing this you Can see where you are In relation to the runners. Great for nav through neighborhoods to get to aid stations.

Usually when running different apps with each other there can be conflict with one another. The app was easy to setup and I didn’t have to adjust anything during the run which was great. As it’s still in beta it’s got bugs but would definitely like to test and use it more since map my run is super annoying.

As a spectator, this app does a good job of tracking a runner enabling family and friends to know where the runner is on the course. However, I noticed that the tracking was very precise at the 11 mile mark of a marathon, but by mile 24 it was off about 1/4 of a mile. I was standing at the 24 mile marker waiting for the runner to pass. The tracker was showing the runner at 24.2 although she had not yet passed. Still, a great help to keep up with a runner’s progress.

App worked great! Was able to know exactly where she was the entire 26 miles. It allowed us to be able to be atl cheer spots along the way ahead of when she got there. Was really accurate up to a quarter of a mile. Also love the ability to be able to drill in and see her splits each 5 miles.

I was able to get constant real-time updates on two family members riding in the two-day Pan-Mass Challenge bike ride. The app sent info to my iPhone which then showed up on my Apple Watch so I could stay informed even out on a dog walk. Thank you for building and maintaining this terrific app!

When my husband did his first sprint triathlon I used the app the entire time to track him! I was even able to track him when he was IN THE WATER! This was the best!!!!!! By using this app, I never missed the opportunity to be where I needed to be to cheer him on! Thank you for making this available to spectators!!!!

This app was absolutely clutch in tracking my family members running a half marathon this weekend. I particularly loved the integrated “navigate here” feature so I could figure out my distance and time to meet up with them on the course. Super easy to use and seemed to be pretty accurate throughout.

This app is amazing! My son was running his first marathon in his hometown of Memphis Tennessee, the St. Jude marathon. I work in China and was unable to be there. Thanks to your app, I could track everything from his first step to him crossing the finish line. I am grateful that from halfway around the world I could feel apart of my son‘s first marathon! Our daughter ran the half marathon for St. Jude this morning! Her dad has ALS and we were not able to be at the finish line with her. This app allowed us to be with her during her race. Seeing where she was and being able to text her to root her on was amazing! Thank you for this gift!

Dl’d this to track my friends and family for CIM. It was easy to find my race and my people! Loved all the options for looking through the race and that it gave me in the moment updates. The notifications were useful and not overwhelming. Looking forward to following other races.

The St Jude’s Marathon fundraiser is a wonderful experience. It’s well run and the runners are well-taken care of. This app makes the experience more pleasant for the parents, relatives, friends and others who cheer the runners on, because we can watch their progress and worry when stop for what seems like ages.

I liked the map option and the clear view of tracker points. But the search options were confusing and the various races put together were problematic. I had to close the app and open it back up every time I lost my tracked participants

I followed my husband for 66 1/2 miles for his ride since I could not be there in person. The app helped me to feel like I was there with him. It worked well and I would recommend it to anyone who uses it for tracking purposes.

Good app. Tracking my son’s progress was remarkably accurate. Very helpful. Suggestion to improve: include on the tracker the location of the phone so I can more easily figure out where I am compared to where he is. (Obviously - I’m not the runner but the supporter trying to catch up to him at various places along the route.). Thanks

We used this to track friends for the rehoboth marathon and we loved it. So accurate. And the countdown to the finish was like watching the most intense reality tv. Easy to use and navigate. I wish every marathon would use this app!

My son ran this marathon today and I was able to track him all the way. It was very accurate. We were able to arrive at one of the cheer points on time to wave and cheer him on. It’s a great app. I compared it with Find My app, and it was right on target with it.

The app was very current on my runner’s location and was easy to read. However, it kept turning the map as she ran and threw me off with the direction of the route. Also, please add my current location so I know which direction to travel to meet her at the next spectator area.

Wr were able to see the entire route, and track our daughter the entire way!!!! It was exciting because we caught up with her to watch her twice during the race!! Great app!!!! Loved using it!!! Easy!!!!!! Thank you!

Handy app to track athletes during and after race. Easy to find your peeps using bib # or name. Gives a predicted finish time too - so useful when you need to be at the finish for the last encouragement or to catch them after crossing the line!

Easy and so efficient to use! My twin daughters ran the Richmond Half Marathon together and I found them by just entering their names. I was able to follow both of them virtually and simultaneously, and experience them crossing the finish line together. What a pleasure. Thank you! 😊

Not sure how it works but this was FANTASTIC I was able to keep track of my son from out of the area as I wasn’t able to be there. It allowed me to keep me up to date with his progress. Couldn’t be more pleased and proud of him

I was able to easily find my riders and track them and the marker in the map as well as timings and notifications worked great! The home team was in the loop the whole time.

Being a software programmer from the 90s with an appreciation for running, I always wanted to write an application like this. Really fun to find it via a friends marathon that I was not able to make it.

My friends just finished the Columbus half and full marathons, and the app did a great job of keeping their races straight. The app was very accurate and we were able to predict when we would see our runners at our different vantage points.

This was a fantastic app! I followed 3 people and this made it fun and enjoyable! Loved the push notifications and it was super easy to follow folks on the map. And really great having the splits and the “when expected” info. I sure hope this is available next year!!

I used this app to “watch” my husband run a half marathon, and it was a great way to celebrate his progress and track his time alongside him. It’s always better to be there, but this is a great substitute if you can’t make it.

I ran my first half marathon and was very scared and nervous and the appHas a lot of helpful content actually about the race and it was nice knowing that my people could track me if they wanted to! I did not even have to carry my phone!

I followed someone running the race and was at several stops to cheer them on and I figured they would be several minutes ahead of why the ap was showing but found it was right on the mark.

What a thrill being able to watch our grandson in his first marathon! The details were great! We had iPad and phones tracking him so never missed a minute of this exciting time in his life. Thank you so much this wonderful app!! Nana Haunty

Living in Florida, I could track my son’s progress in the Pan-Mass #23 Challenge. Push notifications were helpful, as well as the map. Thank you. He finished the ride in Provincetown, a beautiful day on the Cape.

Watched our family members from start to finish the Falmouth Road Race 2021! Great to watch them on the map and also tracks their average pace and estimated completion time. This app was so easy to use. Thank you!

I really like the way this app helped me to successfully keep track of all of the people in my running club as they were racing in Richmond. Definitely a great app.

Loved how easy it was to use, especially the on screen prompt to ensure notifications!

Excellent app. Love how you can set notifications sent directly to your phone. Not sure if the App gives final race results by race type, age group, etc. First time user and really like it. Easy to navigate.

I used the app to watch my husband, 4 friends and a local athlete hero ski the Birkie. I loved watching them make progress on the course and I was excited for each of their finishes, even from the comfort of home. Loved the split times, estimated finish time, and /km times.

My first time using this app. Loved watching my friends efforts on the tracking and maps. Great that I could pull up others nearby and see how they ran in relation to them. Looking forward to my next time they run in a race that uses your app.

I am Alex Springer’s mother and obviously Mackenzie Springer’s mother-in-law. It was so awesome to be able to track their marathon and half marathon. It made me feel like I was there. Thank you so much. I’m so excited for them. I’m so proud of them. What a great accomplishment!!!

I was getting alerts along my marathon so I can see my friends and where they were and how fast. I will definitely keep this app for my races when they use it.

It may be operator error but it would be great if you could recall the pictures of the runners. I did see the pics as they where initially posted but could not recall them at will. Over all the app is great.

1st time user of the app. So amazing. I felt like I was literally running the race with my friend. Makes me want to participate in upcoming 1/2 marathons and maybe even a full marathon someday. It was great seeing the time splits and getting the pace info instantly. -MM

I go support my brother at races every month and this is by far the best app. I gave it 4 stars because it stopped tracking for about 5mi. It was si easy to use, the map was incredibly helpful and the timing was precise. I hope more races use this app.

We used the app to track our daughter in a road race we were unable to attend. It kept us informed of her progress and finish. We’ll use it again

This app makes it so easy to support my family members and friends participating in a race. I can find out where they are at any point in time and determine where to next to see and cheer them up. I love it!

First time using this app. So far…awesome!!

My son ran his FIRST marathon but I was unavoidably 4,000 km away! What an outstanding way to spirit his effort by being able to track him, and the app even provided updates every 10km, average time per km, projected finish time, etc. It really eased my disappointment not being there to root him on, and embrace him at the finish! Thank you SO MUCH!

Our daughter ran her first full marathon, (sooo proud!) and with this app, we were part of the excitement. If you can’t be there in person, this is the next best thing.

I used this app to monitor my husband’s race so I could locate him strategically to see and cheer him on. It was handy to know where he was and when to expect him.

I “tracked” my cousin on the app for the entire marathon and was planning on cheering him on around mile 23. It said he was almost a mile away from my location when all of the sudden he passed me. I was totally caught off guard and didn’t get a picture because I thought he was still 10 min away. My other family members were at a different location of the race, and the app said he already passed when he hadn’t yet. We were all very confused. I don’t see the point in “tracking” a person when it’s not actually their location. Milestones were accurate, but the tracker was terrible. I would have been better off not using the app at all.

Despite the race, and RTRT advertising tracking as “real-time”, turns out it was nothing but that. The “real-time” tracking ended up being merely estimations based on participants timing data at split points. It’s very concerning to expect a family member getting to an aid station at a certain time, having them not arrive anywhere close to that time, and then finding relief that they passed the point ahead of what was estimated but their “real-time” estimations are now not even near what they should be since their timing chip wasn’t read at the split point so the estimations become even more worthless going forward in the race.

I downloaded this app to help train for a marathon that’s coming. I was quickly disappointed when I found I had to have my phone with me for it to track. The main reason for getting a fitness device was to not have to carry my phone and still have all the fitness apps. I started the practice race with my phone but dropped my phone off at the 4 mile mark. I lost several miles because it did not sync with my watch. 20 miles not recorded.
