LG EnerVu2 Owner Customer Service

LG should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this app. A very poor front end to a website. No features. It won’t even remember your password and signs you out every 5 minutes. If you can get comparable solar efficiency and cost from a different manufacturer, do it. LG makes it impossible to manage your solar installation through this very very underwhelming app.

At some point this app stoped working on both my iPhone and my wife's iPhone. Probably after an update. Every time we click on the EnerVu cloud button the screen flashes and then re-displays the home page with the EnerVu Cloud button.

This app is worthless! As said by other reviewer - LG should be ashamed! Have to log in - mediocre data available is not real time - no explanation for what is being displayed (like what is meant by “production”). Clunky slow etc. no no no!!!

Not really an app if all it does it allow you to use the web interface. Doesn’t use keychain so its better to just use your web browser

LG should not be associated with this level of app. They would be better off referring people to a website and having no app. Shocked at how lacking the functionality is for this app.

What everyone else says. It’s just junk. Weak in dat presentation for sure. Fact you have to log in from a browser every time you look at the app is inexcusable. It’s just a shortcut….Like most lg garbage. Have a kitchen full of LG appliances (came with the house) making my life miserable… add this app. Hopefully the solar functions but I worry that too is just marketing dollars more than anything.

It did work, but stopped working and LG doesn’t even fix the issue. It’s website is still ok.

It technically gets the job done but this is just a portal to the web. Kind of thing I would see from a tiny company, disappointing to see from LG.

App is completely unreliable and glitchy. Frequently has data gaps / etc. ridiculous that a company of LG’s size thinks this is acceptable for a massive $ product.

This app is no longer being used for home solar monitoring. No replacement available. So if you use Baker Electric solar you are screwed

Just read a review from 2 yrs ago. Still pathetic. Cannot even log in. I’d give it ZERO stars if that was possible.

I’ve written before - no improvements or updates to App. Can’t scroll, change views, etc. there’s a reason it has a 1-star rating. David Hull

This app has poor features and functions and is unreliable. No LG support. I spent $60,000 on an LG solar system with promise of 15 year warranty… no LG support. Don’t buy ANY LG Products.

Useless app. Worked for a while to monitor solar installation but does absolutely nothing now.

This is not even an app, it’s basically a shortcut to their website. The app is just horrible!

Can’t even log in. Worst system I’ve ever owned primarily due to this cheap app. Looks like a second grade project.
