Sportstats Tracker Customer Service

This was great to have since I was not physically there at the marathon to cheer. It was exciting to get all the updates, and Watch the progression and follow along the course. I texted those that were at the site itself and was able to join In the fun, suspense, and excitement. I Love being able to send a motivational cheer even If they Will get it afterwards. Any chance In the future of sending an audio recording cheer!

I downloaded for the Honolulu Marathon. As I ran through the RFID check points the app updated my Apple watch showing that I was verified as running through the checkpoint. Something I am paranoid about. Also my family received the updates and knew to leave the hotel early to meet me at the finish.

This app is terrific. It was great for the phone, but I was also able to send live results to friends on the web. You didn’t have to do anything but put the name in and I was tracking a couple people. Got great updates and all the stats.

We’ve followed our daughter on a lot of different apps over the years in her triathlete competitions and this is the first time with Sportstats. I was very impressed. This is also the first Tri we could not be at to cheer her on in person so this app was great in keeping us updated on each part of the race. Very impressed!

Followed several participants and was able to track all their stats at the same time! Excellent app.

Easy to us and well designed app. I first used it to follow my honey in her progress in the Fiftieth Anniversary running of the Honolulu Marathon as she traveled with 20,000 of her closest friends. It was a joy to use.

What a great way , though unable to be present in person, to watch a loved one run a race! Without actual video coverage, this was the next best thing— from 4500 miles away!

This app is terrific! I was able to monitor my friends by 5k splits or on a map. It allows notifications and I was constantly apprised when friends hit a split or finished the race. Highly recommend this app.

This app was extremely helpful for me as a friend of a Marathon race participant! It allowed me to be supportive in real time especially the live feed. Very grateful for its existence and quality of efficiency. ^_^

Love that I was able to watch my grandson do his first ever marathon . Wish it as more on time but never the less thank you

This app reports the results of my performance, breaking down the parts of this multi sport quite thoroughly. I appreciate knowing my placing in each of the three components.

My girlfriend lives and works in Michigan and is an active athlete. This app makes it really easy for me to follow her during her races. I really like it.

Incroyable ! Pouvoir suivre un être aimé c’est merveilleux. Tout comme cet outil. Cependant j’aurais aimé pouvoir envoyer des encouragements au fil de la course mais bon, déjà être en mesure de suivre la progression de la coureuse c’est super.

This app is good to track your runner. But there seemed to be a delay from 1/2 way mark. I missed the person I was watching. Find my friend app was better.

Had to go between map course and app all day.

Great concept but I haven’t yet used this app without any issues. Cannot find races or claim times. Quite frustrating

…for the participant. I do not understand why you wouldn’t have a section where the participant can just click and see all the races they’ve claimed if they have an account. Not to mention, past events results aren’t loading at all or you can’t find them even though sportstats timed the event. Is it a fun and great tracking app for spectators? Yes, but they need to make it more accessible for participants and past history. A bit disappointing.
