**Edited** I’m editing this to include that the developer commented on my review saying it’s been fixed... But that doesn’t help that I still didn’t earn any points for opinion that was lost... The survey was worth 1,000 points and we all should be compensated something because it’s not our fault that the app is buggy and loves crashing when we are either finished or so close to being finished... I fell into downloading this app without reading the reviews all because of the advertisement on Facebook. I enjoy taking surveys and love making my voice heard so I thought this sound good especially since Facebook is promoting it. I got offer a task after downloading so I figure jump on it... The task was voice recognition for Facebook portal all I had to say was “Hey Portal, Call (so and so)” which they pulled the names off my friend list... 1,000 points to record myself 100 times... I accepted the task... I kept getting an error message because my recording wasn’t recognized after a couple days later I figure hop on again to give it another try before my time expired for completing this task (only had a 3 day window to do it in)... It finally worked and was recognizing my voice 😍 I completed 98 and had only 2 more left to go... Then the app crashed 😢 I tried everything and all I’m getting is a white screen 😢 The times going to run out and I’m not going to complete this “job” which means I’m not gonna get paid for wasting my time... Save yourself the hassle and past this app by... It is not worth downloading... Probably another way Facebook can spy on you 🤔

Was excited about this experience so downloaded the app and waited and waited and finally about several days I got a notification about a survey. I go on the app and start the process. It was worth 1000 points and would take approx 20 mins so I get started. Initially everything was going smooth. Then about 5-10 mins in I start noticing it’s taking longer and longer to accept each response. Okay so I’m fine with this, didn’t have anything else to do at the time. But then, the app freezes altogether. So I close it out and forget about it. Decide a day or two later I will check it out and what do you know I’ve got the option to resume my precious survey, so excitedly I click resume to get started only it won’t let me resume. Every time I click the button to resume the app closes. I even deleted the app and added it again, but nope all the excitement of trying to answer one survey down the drain.... y’all need to work the bugs out before you get people excited about the functionality of an app that doesn’t work!!

I have had this app for years. I have cashed out over $100 over the years I’ve had the app. I’ve had the app on and off for at least 4 years at this point. Cash outs arrive very quickly same day - usually same hour - less than 15 mins to my PayPal account! I like the screen program as it is consistent - a new task for the program every 3 days, so a minimum of $5 can be earned during a two-week period. Occasionally, I am offered a program where I am to answer short, survey type-questions, or voice record sentences/messages provided by Meta. (It seems like it’s used to train parts of their AI, and these programs occur about once every 3 months). An individual program seperate from the Screen Time/App program once per month would be preferred, or two programs a month would be optimal. The more the better! I love providing feedback to apps/websites/products/services I use, and earning a little bit of money to do so is even better! Anyways, I would recommend this app to anyone interested in earning some money from Meta, or anyone interested in providing some insight to a social media company it seems like the entire world is part of.

I just downloaded this app last night when I came across an ad for it on my Facebook feed. When I woke up this morning my first “project” was available which was an 83 question survey worth 1,000 points ($5). It took about 10 mins or less to complete, very easy!! As soon as I was done it asked me to connect my paypal account for the $5 to be deposited. So for now I’m only giving it 4 stars because it said it could take up to 10 days to receive payment. Compared to other survey sites/apps, for 1000 points to equal $5 is a really good payout, and for it to be done in one survey!?!? That’s awesome!! I’m really Hoping it doesn’t take 10 days, because that seems a bit extreme, plus I’m an instant gratification type of person when it comes to cashing out on paying sites/apps. Instant payouts, or quicker payout times would definitely get this app more reviews and more participants. I will update as soon as I receive payment. Thank you!

I’ve been participating in ViewPoints for about a year. I’ve only missed a few programs from when I first began using it because I think my app was offloaded because initially I didn’t get any programs quickly (or that I noticed). But since I jumped in and paid attention I said I have to make sure I pay attention by logging in and all notifications are on, etc. I make maybe $20+ a month from doing a few mins of work. If I’m answering questions it’s usually within 3-10 mins of my time and if I’m taking screen shots of my screen time, that takes a minute. It’s just so easy. Not like other apps that you feel like you’re using all of your time with little pay. This is the first app that feels worth it to give my data and take quizzes. The other apps should learn from Viewpoints by Meta on this one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wow.. this app is really great. It’s easy and simple to use and navigate. You get programs to do, not many like 1 every 3 days. But after doing 4 of them you make an easy $5.00 for literally taking screenshots of your screen time for the past week. And I’ve already cashed out multiple times to my cash app, it’s secure, safe and fast. I get my reward in seconds after I submit it. Loaded straight into my PayPal account. They offer other payment options as well, like gift cards and such. I give it 5 gold stars, I’m happy with it, I get excited when it comes time to do it, I just wish it would send reminders when your day is up bcuz I missed out on a few bcuz I have to manually check in the app every few days and I end up loosing track of time and forget to look..

This is a easy way to make up to $50 all off survey participation in something as simple as screen time, mobile network insights, digital habits, pronunciations, ad explanation, and more! I have been a part of the program for 11 months and find this so helpful especially when you need that extra cash! It’s just a few minutes each task let alone you receive the rewards within a weeks worth of time. Either you let it build up to $50 or you can cash out via PayPal as little as $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, $30, $35, $40, $45, $50… once you hit $50 it will automatically be sent to you then you can continue earning rewards as long as you participate in the program the time they allotted. Try it for yourself! 🫰🏽

Update: Added a star because I did receive the money, around the 7 day mark. Haven’t had a program since, but I’m patient 🤷🏼‍♀️ I downloaded this app about two weeks ago, logged in using my FB account. Firstly, a lot of people are complaining about the data it is leeching from their FB accounts and phones but don’t realize that if you have FB on your phone, they already have access to that data so that point is moot. It took the entire two weeks to receive a program, but program availability is based on specific requirements that need to be met. I’m a little bummed it took so long to become eligible for a program, but the one that was sent to me made me $5 in approximately 15 mins, which is nice. Once the money is actually deposited into my PayPal account, I will add a star or two depending on how long it takes (it approximates 10 days, could be less and could be more I’m sure).

If it wasn't 3-4 months between programs it'd be a 5⭐️'s The tasks are easy and not too time consuming so I love that part of it but sometimes it has a program every other month or 2-3 in a month but the fact is usually it's few and far between for full program that may have 2 parts and pay 1,000 points which you can redeem $5 for each 1,000. The money is sent to a connected Paypal account. Best month I've seen is maybe $35-$40 payout. I recommend it highly for payout and ease of tasks and also the interesting tasks. There is a speaking tasks which is just recording saying phrases. The ad follow up is kinda weird and sometimes funny to me but strange posts you compare to next ad to say if they are similar or don't go together. I've seen some odd posts that didn't fit to an ad but we're just odd.

It has been a year and after 6+ months of back and forth with Viewpoints ignoring my request of missing payment rewards, they never investigated missing rewards from Dec 2024. Dozens of tickets submitted with the same response to contact Tremendous about rewards and they don’t even have any record of it. Viewpoints just keeps brushing off missing rewards as someone else’s fault instead of an issue on their end! Up until that point and since, it works great. DO NOT allow the system to automatically process payment after 90 days or at $50. IT DOES NOT WORK. They are hoping that people do it so they do not have to pay.

I told my kids if you want gas money, if you want coffee money, if you want some money on the side, download this app viewpoint this is your go to app for extra money. I’ve been using viewpoint for maybe 8 or 9 months now it’s the easiest app I have ever downloaded and it’s definitely worth it. I’m loyal to viewpoint and viewpoint shows me loyalty, every time. I complete a task and cash out the money, It’s there in seconds. It’s my best app. I know I can count viewpoint to make some extra money when I need it. I try not to miss my notifications. It takes seconds to complete a screenshot, It can’t get any easier than that. keep up the great work viewpoint and thanks for your app.

One of the tasks is 250 points for most often used apps. Something like that. I follow the directions. I take two screenshots. I laid them onto the submission screen. Press submit. Kicks me right back to the directions on how to submit. I do that again and again hoping for a different outcome that doesn’t come. Zero interactive help. Can’t send an email and ask what is going on. I’ve lost 750 points now because this is the third week in a row it won’t submit the data. Boo. The concept is great and I got my first 1000 points the first day the app was active for me. It’s just been quite rocky since then.

It takes a lil bit to start getting tasks but after you start getting them you really do get the $5 with each 1000 points. I’ve gotten almost $100 from this on PayPal so far. No it’s not going to pay the bills or make you rich but that little bit of extra money helps buy something extra for yourself. Trust me spending that money on myself feels a lot better than taking the money I earn to take care of my kids from them. It’s definitely worth the few mins spent looking at your phone to make a few dollars. Hope this helps someone else choose to join the program as I have.

After reading the complaints here I decided to download the app anyway. I was able to log in using my existing facebook account. Then I was asked to confirm a few demographic questions, including birthday, country, gender etc. which are available on my facebook page anyway; so the fields were automatically completed and I only had to confirm accuracy. The overall log in process was easy and short. I was told to wait for notifications of new tasks/programs when they are available - so until then I can’t provide feedback in that aspect. Will update this review once I finish my first task...

Enjoying the app experience except when encountering glitches. The last two times I tried to complete the “reading phrases” task, the app wouldn’t accept any of my phrases, after multiple tries with each, and no matter how I tried to read the phrases. I waste time trying to get the task to work - time I’m not compensated for - and reaching out to tech support is futile. They don’t respond. It’s also rare that I can go to Rewards successfully. It usually takes a time or few to get to it. Instead I get “rewards aren’t available”.

The title says it all. This all wants your data but it doesn’t want to make you a slave to surveys that kick you out just before you complete them or force you to play boring games featuring piggies that rob villages or whatever. Instead, it asks you for YOUR opinion, for snapshots of your system settings, and for information relevant to its parent company. “But they’ll get my data!” So what? They’ve got it already. It’s not like your data is your soul—this ain’t TRON, yo. Give in. Give up. Resistance is futile. And there’s a periodic $5 in it for you.

I Love this App! It is what it says so far. I’ve had it for 2 months. About every three days it tells you what to do. Literally takes 1 minute! And usually the same thing every time. You get the same amount reward coins each time, unless they offer you a more extensive task, then the reward is even bigger! You can build up your rewards to save for a larger $ amount gift card or get your gift card when you’re at $5. I got my first $25 card🎉 and I’m working on my second one! Thank You So Much for this App!♥️

I’ve completed a few task on the app and enjoy doing so but have run into issues getting a paused task to open back up. I constantly get an error stating there has been a problem and to try back later. I’ve tried to go back in later to complete it only to get the same error message. Most recently I tried to uninstall and reinstall to see if that helps but apparently not. Unfortunately it t looks like I will not be able to finish before it expires.

I love this app. They tell you that you have to be invited but you don’t get the app download it and participate. Give them a little bit information and they’ll start giving you programs today are $10 in about 20 minutes. It’s not usually like that usually are in about five dollars here there but only takes a minute or two but today since I got my new phone and all of a sudden giving me all kinds of surveys and things and just got $10 for about 20 minutes

This app is legit and real!! I’ve been paid several times! I do the easy tasks it gives me every 5 days I wait and stack up and when I need an extra $10-$15 or whatever I cash out! I love this app! I would definitely download if you just want to make a few bucks on the side if you’re living paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford to eat out. There’s a meal for just a short amount of your time on the phone taking photos or videos of your screen activity.

Ive had this app on my phone for quite a while, but never used it yet. The reason why is because I have been studying its trends. I like how it is not having to get updated very frequently or every couple days. This is part of my plan to have Facebook compensate me on behalf of past actions that are unacceptable. If it’s easy for everyone to earn money on here then I will do it just like all of you. My focus will be on this and Meta’s boomerang app for Instagram.

It’s an honest to goodness rarity to get paid for market research these days. Every company asking how they can improve etc… at least here, you get paid. IMO for the insights gained, it should be more, but it’s a step. The programs are easily completed in spare time , so I consider it a net gain anyway. As you can see by my review I am pretty transparent, so my spare time is bathroom time. TMI I know, but it’s honest. Over all 5 stars for the entirety. App functionality, ease of use and ease of collecting payment.

I hate things like surveys and games especially to try to make because as we all know most of them, don’t tell you every week just about I’ve made at least a simple surveys to help Facebook. It’s not too intrusive which is shocking for Facebook still on this program and app, Facebook! I really recommend installing this though it’s worth the space on your phone and minimal time necessary to do the tasks trust me. 👍🙌☺️

Idk if you ever try to earn money or gift cards but this is the easiest and quickest way to earn money. They literally send you a notification a task is available for you to do and so far I just have to screenshot two pages from web activity tracking found in your settings home menu. You simply upload the screenshots and I just made a $10 tremendous gift card for doing that a few times when prompted! Simple.

I love this app, I’ve made $15 so far. It’s been in $5 increments bc you have to have 1,000 points to cash it which equals $5. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is bc I wish there were more projects to do more often. It seems like it’s about every 3-4 weeks. You turn on your notifications and wait for them to alert you that a new project is available. They’re super easy, take about 10-20 minutes to do. Overall it’s a great app!

The points is probably the easiest app that I’ve used to earn money. I’ve only done two programs and those are the only two programs that I’ve been offered. Both of the programs that I’ve completed paid out five dollars each. I guess my only request would be to participate in more programs. Maybe sms notifications for available programs would also be nice. 😊 Overall, it’s easy and, for me, it’s fun as well!

I never review apps, really. But this one I will because its amazing. I cashed out $10 in 3 days just from doing 2 quick surveys. The payout is fast and you don’t have to sign up for additional websites to get spam emails from like other apps. They will email you if they have a survey for you to complete, and you’ll receive $5 for 10 minutes worth of your time. Love this app for a quick easy way to make some side money!

Great app but it won’t let me record anything like it used to for the pronunciation service. I can’t report this problem in the report a problem section so I will do it in my review and hope that you see it. Please fix this so I can continue taking surveys otherwise I will remove this app and never use it again. It’s supposed to be accessible for people with disabilities but this is where the accessibility and when it comes to recording phrases and it used to work just fine

An innovative way to help with tasks to make things work better while personally earning cash while doing it. Very simple and easy instructions for each task given and a easy way for you to make a few bucks while doing each task. It isn’t a extreme amount of money but each task pays about $5 and takes less than 20mins of your time. Help them and they help you! It’s awesome you must give it a try!

They don’t beat around the bush with these tasks. They simply explain it and ask you to answer the qualifying questions and clearances. The next thing you know you are doing the task and, if you’re successful, you get paid quickly. But it would be nice to know how you input makes a difference. some feedback would help the person doing the task to improve if necessary.

So far I have enjoyed every program that has been offered except one which did not work and I tried to offer feedback and it was the screen time project. The latest one I did was really kind of cool. I’m not very good at cold reading with no punctuation, but I enjoyed it very much, the rewards are well worth the time. I like Facebook Instagram and particularly Threads. This new project is extremely fun.

So I came to know about Facebook viewpoints a few weeks ago and have been using it since. I have finished 2 programs until now and the 3rd one is in progress. I have received $10 until now from previous points earned. Yesterday I finished another program and was suppose to receive $5 more. It was showing up in my rewards until yesterday night atleast but it doesn’t even show up in there anymore. 4 stars only because of that.

I really love this app. I have been using it for years now and it definitely comes in handy for extra cash. Fast payout and everything. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because every time I go to the rewards tab it will load only to say error more than a few times so I have to click on it a bunch of times for it to pop up, which I’m sure is a bug with the app. Once that is fixed I’ll be happy to give 5 stars.

You can make a few dollars and the cash out is legit but, it’s just slow. At first there were a couple different surveys to make money now it’s just basically a check in every few days. I wish there were more surveys. I like $5 a week but $20 once in a while would be great. I would give this App 5 stars if $50 was possible a month as of right now it’s just $20 a month unless you receive extra surveys to which are sparse.

I am incredibly disappointed with Meta. I’d been a part of Viewpoints for a very long time since before being available on iOS. As of recently, the app is COMPLETELY UNUSABLE! No amount of uninstalling and reinstalling on my phone or another iOS device will fix it from automatically crashing and closing the app. It’s made me lose my rewards streak which has been recently implemented to increase points as you did activities. It’s absolutely awful that there is NO way to report these problems and Meta provides no answers or fixes on their website or otherwise. Please fix this.

Every time i try to see my rewards here lately it will not load it tells me to try again later. i’ve been using this app for 3-4 years now and never had this issue until lately. i can’t cash out due to this issue !! otherwise i’m still going to give it a decent rating because it is a cool app and nice to have the little extra income but not helpful when I can’t cash out

I’ve completed 2 programs with no problems, but I just started my 3rd program a couple days ago knowing I wouldn’t have time to complete it in one go, but also knowing from the previous 2 that I’d be able to pause and get back into it for another 7 days to complete. BUT when I went back to it and hit continue, it is just giving me buffering/loading cycle icon and then a message to try again. I’ve tried again, and again, all while rebooting, waiting, rebooting again and waiting to open when I was at home with the most powerful WiFi, and still same result. I’ve managed to find a way to contact someone (albeit, having to send a message that’s for questions about your payment, not finding anywhere to go for an actual person to speak with regarding this kind of problem) and the answer I got was that I probably needed to upgrade my internet browser. But I’m not using a browser I’m using this here app, see. And regardless, the 2 browsers I use on my phone are updated anyway, if that was even a factor. I sent message back with this info and haven’t heard anything. I was very much looking forward to add this finished program’s reward to my balance and using it but I’m running out of days left before the program will disappear. SO, all that ranting just to say, it’d be great if there was a more accessible and obvious “real human being chat representative” that could help with this.

I downloaded this app after seeing it advertised on Facebook and was given a program to complete almost right away. However, I didn’t have time to complete it right at that moment, so it was a couple days before I was ready to complete it. When I logged back into the app and tried to complete the program, the app crashed immediately when I tried to click on the program to open it. The program was not expired, as it says exactly how long it has left before it expires. It’s still not expired as I type this. I tried checking to see if I needed to update my app, but I have the latest version. I tried refreshing my app, but it still crashed. I tried logging out and logging back in, but no difference. Finally, I decided I would contact their help center to see what I needed to do—except, apparently that doesn’t exist. Their “help center” is just an FAQ page with no way to actually contact them with any real problems, or to let them know of a bug you’ve experienced. What kind of company doesn’t have customer service?? Hopefully a developer sees this review and contacts me, because from what I’ve seen so far, I’m not impressed. I’d love to be able to actually try the app and give it a real review.

I did everything I was supposed to do. I took all necessary steps and they issued two different payments for me, $85 & $20. Tremendous sent me emails to get my payments I took one for PayPal ($65) and i wanted the ($20) for a virtual visa, I was told by tremendous that my payments were delayed by viewpoints they had to release the funds to be processed because they are a third party. I was told it glitched so i didn’t get my payment. After endless repeated emails viewpoints said they can’t do anything about it and they were sorry. I gave up my data and did your programs, wasted my time and data thinking I was going to feed these babies off this because we are struggling just for them to basically tell me they can’t do anything and basically saying yea we took your information and your money what you gone do about it?! They don’t have a phone either and they use people and this is a crime and yes I was told by a class action lawyer if I don’t get my payment in 5 days or I don’t get information from these people in that amount of time that he is going to pursue with this lawsuit because they have done this to over 1000 plus other people.

At first, I loved this app. You get a notification every 3 days to screenshot your screen time and upload it. Starting off you get 250 points. When you have so many in a row without missing, you get a streak 100 pt bonus- that’s 350 pts. 1000 equals $5 you can cash out to PayPal, Visa, or other things. But, recently my number changed. I tried to cash out and the link got sent to my old number. I have emailed like 4 times about it and haven’t gotten any help at all. So I’m out those points and if I can’t get it fixed, then I’m out all of my future points as well. Over the past few months I’ve earned about $70 from this app because it does bonus things as well. I need help changing my number to my email!!!! It does not let you in the app it takes you straight to Tremendous. If I ever get this issue resolved, I’ll for sure give 4 stars. It would have been 5 but like I said I’ve been writing for almost a week now with no help at all!!! ***I have been trying to email the company for 3 weeks and have yet to get any type of help. This is ridiculous!!!!!

Honestly, the app is quite terrible. In order to even receive any program, you need to have programs in your area. However I’m in a largely populated area, Texas, yet I’ve only gotten 1 program in the entire month that I’ve had the app. I check every single day if there are any available programs, but there have been none. And apparently there’s no built push notification that alerts your device if you have a program available. They say there are email notifications but I never got the notification for my first program. Other apps that do the same thing offer more ways to get rewards and the fact that I’ve had the app for a month now and only got 1 program is just awful. So in short, this app really needs a lot of improvement for consumers to actually find benefit from this app. Unless you just looking for a quick one time 5$. Oh wait, not so quick, it can take up to 10 days for the money to even hit your account 🤷‍♂️ honestly just seems like a ploy to get cheap data 🤦

Signed me out when I signed up for a program now I can't even get back into app. Stop signing me out. 😡 Now its like I don't have a account. Can't even tap the apple part at the bottom to sign in. I didn't use my number to signup. 😡🤦‍♀️What a headache? I added my number so instead of signing me in or sending me a passcode it says there is a account associated with my number. Yeah my account 🤣🤦‍♀️ This is so stupid and frustrating. Also keep signing me out keep saying session ended. Fix your app. At least tell people the program ended just sign people out of app to where their points is removed. Had me signing up for multiple accounts by accident because it wouldn't let me sign in and thought numbers and email was attached to my account. Zero stars for the confusion. So if you have no programs they sign you out and won't tell you and you cannot redeem your points to anyone wondering. Guess can't have more than one program well don't let us sign up.

The first program gave the five dollars as advertised and took about ten minutes like anticipated to complete and a few days to receive the money in PayPay. Was stoked about the next program. That was May 18, 2020 and to my dismay, I have yet to receive a new program in over three months (Aug 29,2020 as of today). I have been logged in the whole time and open it every few weeks to check in for a new survey but will likely delete it soon since it just takes up space at this juncture. Even if it was a survey once a month for a buck or two it would be worth it, but sadly that hasn’t been the case. Maybe COVID is at fault but only giving it 2 stars since it seems underdeveloped. EDIT: two days after review was sent, got a new program for another $5, moving to three star. Will keep the app longer but they definitely need to have programs available more often.

After downloading this app, I was given a project the next day. Cool. It was a 100 voice recording project for their Portal service. After getting to voice line 89, the app started stalling and glitching. After figuring a way around it, I finished and was presented with a white screen with nothing on it. There is no way I could figure out to contact support regarding this issue so support is virtually non existent. So now I have a completed project that says it’s paused because there is no way for me to submit it. If this wasn’t the issue I would have given it a higher rating. But as of this point it has become a complete waste of time and effort for a measly $5. You would think a developer of this size and stature would have their stuff together by now. Oh well, another #Fail from Facebook.

I signed up for this app. Once I finally received an email to do my first program it literally would not let me. Continuously says an error when trying to verify email. Come to find out it sends me an email to my correct email but when you look at the recipient it’s my email minus the period between my first and last name. Not sure how I’ve been getting all these emails from them when it shows a totally different email in the receipt field for every last one of them. So I attempt to use my number and it still won’t work. Displays an error that it’s unable to send a verification try again later. Tried DOZENS of times. Tried a different number. Same issues. Tried different emails, again same issues. What am I missing here? 🙄

I was excited to try Meta Viewpoints, but the app has been a huge disappointment. After downloading it and logging in, it immediately asked me to confirm my email or phone number. The problem is, they never send the verification email or text. I tried both options multiple times, checked my spam folder, refreshed, and still—nothing. Without verification, the app is completely unusable. It’s frustrating to see such a basic issue on an app from a company as big as Meta. If they can’t even handle account verification properly, how can users trust the platform to work? Until they fix this, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time.

Well for a while everything was in good shape. The app ran smoothly and payments were fairly quick until one day I finished my 6th task for locations and it booted me from finishing the program and I have not received any other programs or the 15 dollars that has been processing since October 25th. I’ve contacted them twice only to receive no response to this very moment. I’ll even note the app version I have is up to date. And my significant other is still receiving new programs on her device so it seems to only be happening to me. I’m very displeased with the support system as it is not very supportive.

I am participating in a task - the locations one, and since I did an update to my iPhone (to iOS 14.7.1) it won’t let me participate. It keeps saying “couldn’t load program - there was a problem loading this program. Please try again in a few minutes”. I have checked to make sure that location is enabled, tried in WiFi, in data, rebooted my phone…nothing works. It let me start the program but cannot update anything. And there is no where to contact anyone to find out why in the help section. What’s going on? I’m losing out on some good points!!! It’s worked in the past! I don’t want to lose the entire campaign!

Been on view/study for a year or so, never had a problem till now! Takes me to page 2 of 3 where u check that you want newsletters and community things sent to your email, then gets stuck, tried unchecking the newsletter box and entering my orhinual email and confirm, and a red message pops up every time and says something went wrong. It’s now stuck . Page 2 if 3 and if I try and download app again it won’t allow it and I need to get to my points to get my rewards ordered. How could meta itch all their geniuses overlook this, fix please, I’ve spent a good year with you and I don’t plan on losing my points now! Thanks and get on it!

I did a few surveys on here and actually got paid twice, so it was great at first. I always get emails when something new is available. I’ve been getting emails for the past three days that a new survey is available, but now the app won’t let me login to see and says it’s not available to me at this time. It’s frustrating because the new survey is like the fifth one or something in a series that I have been answering, and it’s worth 400 points! I tried to find app support, but it just takes me to Facebook FAQs, not anywhere I can talk to an actual person.
