Refuel Market Rewards Customer Service

Just left and the girl behind the counter always has a smile and a greeting. Every time I come in there at least three times a week. From the food and the bathrooms and all between the places, always spotless. The manager does a great job having the place. Working great.

I had a great experience this morning it’s always every morning that Mrs Laura is working she is the great customer service employee always very nice and grateful for my money when I shop at the store and spend! We appreciate her so much for being a great employee 🫶🏽

This store on Daniel Island is always on point. The food is always fresh, the employees are welcoming and friendly and kind. They are very well stocked and OMG the apple pies that this store sells are AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! If you’re on the island or just passing by it’s an easy stop off the interstate and it’s worth your time!

Love our local refuel market in Summerville, SC. The manager Alicia is the best. We love coming in to see her. Every employee at this store is friendly and kind. So happy this location is outside our neighborhood.

So the app feels a little barebones all things considering. I wish you could sign up for refuel rewards through the app but you can’t. Edit: Refuel responded to my review. After a few months I downloaded the app again. To update my review as it’s not fair to keep a two star review of a build version from months ago and people seeing it thinking it’s not a good app because of that. So has the app changed a lot? Granted not by much but not in a bad way. I don’t think the app needs a huge UI change as it’s easy to navigate. I like that you can use mobile coupons through the app and see current deals that Refuel Stations offer. So all and all I think the app has received so very useful quality of life improvements. I know you still can’t sign up for Refuels rewards program through the app yet. But in the developer response they mentioned that they were working on it. So I have to say I can’t find much to complain about when it comes to using the app. Which is a good thing I think they did a good job.

I learned today that the rules have changed as she said I didnt get 3 cents off gas. Rep said rule changed. You should be ashamed. We loyally signed up under that rule.. a reward. I can understand fling forward on new points new people changing it. but not the originals. We welcomed you and have been coming regularly. I do not ever shop inside as it’s fattening food and drinks. This CHANGE is an insult to us. Sounds like corporate greed. It certainly will change my getting gas here from stopping when I’m out and closer to another. It’s not just disappointing, it’s insulting and not rewarding your loyal first base customers.

I strongly advise not to download this app and then confirm your email address. I did it expecting to save money on a fountain drink as the gas station clerk told me. She said, downloading the app and joining their rewards program will “save me money” but the app doesn’t working on products inside the store so it appears to be just another way for Refuel do steal your information and not actually discount store items.

The number that you are supposed to use at the pump to recognize you as a rewards customer doesn’t work ever. Says it’s invalid but it’s the only number associated with this app. Just deleted it, not worth much anyway.

They allow there employees to come in sick and they don’t treat their employees equally they fired a boy who was improperly trained and you have employees standing around not doing nothing and employees using company water to wash their own vehicles. . They also bring in food and are able to cook it in the company kitchen.

Any gas station that’s a Refuel station is always $0.50 higher than the station nextdoor, but the app always says it’s way lower. If you’re gonna put random numbers then just don’t say prices in the app

I’m very disappointed in the new updated app. They no longer have cigarette coupons. The only reason I ever used the app.

I’ve tried to sign in multiple times, I also reset my password and tried to sign multiple times again. Terrible app. Please fix.

Just keeps asking for my cell number over and over

A rewards app needs two things to work: 1. A way to scan in your purchases, and 2. A way to collect rewards. After 15 minutes of searching and clicking thru every screen 3 times, #1 can’t be found—no digital card, card button, or scan code. K.I.S.S. first lesson of design—Keep It Simple Stupid. Update: app won’t manually set to new store from “favorites”.

Got the app after signing up at a Refuel put in my phone number then when I went to see my rewards after months of putting in my number at locations. It asked me to sign in with my email or username which I have never formerly filled out and latterly never given

Supposed to be a club so you pay once a month and wash whenever. Cannot access that on the app. Can’t find anything about it. When I go inside to ask they are very sweet but have no info at all.
