New LGMV has been released in order to expand the supported platforms(iPhone) and provide the same UX/features regardless of the platform.
The existing LGMV lineup will be added sequentially. ( If all lineups are supported, the existing LGMV will end service.)
LGMV is designed to monitor the status of LG Electronics Air Conditioner products which helps engineers diagnose products and interpret refrigeration cycle.
Through this app, engineers will be able to identify the operation status of the product and provide a solution to the problems.
※ Please note that this app is only for air conditioning service engineers and cannot be used by general users.

6. Troubleshooting guide: Display error number and supports resolution plan for the error number list in PDF document.

How do I cancel the LGMV-Business subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select LGMV-Business from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the LGMV-Business app?
Touch and hold the LGMV-Business icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

LGMV-Business Negative Reviews and Ratings
The most recent update made a requirement for login credentials. There is no information on how to signup for them. Currently on hold for 25 minutes plus waiting to ask where i signup for them. Why they need my information is a mystery but why they make it so difficult to give them it is even more confounding. I’m already not a fan of their products and this is yet another reason why.
Since the most recent update the sensor data numbers are not being displayed fully which makes this app almost useless now!!
By far the worst service tool I have ever used. The reason why LG units are cheaper and in stock more often than other brands is because they are a terrible product and only fools will use them.
I guess for free, you get what you pay for? Even the review was a complete waste of my time.
States it can be used, does not format correctly, spent money, failed a call, hate LG.
Complete garbage do not purchase an lg multi V system of any kind it is complete garbage and will cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars in repairs. TOTAL GARBAGE!
