San Francisco Marathon Tracker Customer Service

Thank you for creating the tracker app because it provided a way to know many aspects of the progress. I felt that I was moving along with him as he crossed the bridge and went up hills, and especially when he came to the finish line. Now if you could connect it to GPS so we could see it live, it would be more cool.

I was able to follow my brother’s progress in the marathon, with street map or the satellite view. I could also view the altitude and figure out if he was going up or downhill, or on the flat. It sometimes lagged a little behind, then suddenly I would get an update on the app that showed that he had actually reached a place maybe half a mile beyond where he was shown a moment before. The app enable me to feel like I was there like a spectator in a bike.

We followed my nephew on the SF Marathon and it really made it exciting. I do wish it had an option to see how close he was getting in relation to where we were standing where the distance data could tell us on the screen the same way it counted down how much more he had to run. But overall a great app.

This is an amazing app, I have ran this marathon several times and can easily access the map and info. It gives alerts when you reach certain mile markers. My friend told me it was fun using the app as a spectator.

The app was robust and reliable. It was not intuitive for spectators to locate the runner participating. They could not easily track me in the app. I think they were confused between the SF virtual Marathon and in person Marathon event. Also, live real time tracking kept losing connection during the Marathon event for spectators.

App seemed easy to install and navigate. Share from other Apps was fast and clean. Still trying to figure out how to upload picture.

Love that I know where my loved one is at all times I was able to share with friends and family Nice souvenir as well - taking screenshots of his time Highly recommend it so you know the progress of your runner

I was able to look up my time and my 2 buddies time very easily. Finding and installing the app went smoothly too! I also liked seeing the split times. Thank you.

We appreciated this app, tracking our friend which was clutch since the road closures made it hard to meet up on our original plan.

My running years are well behind me but I loved following my son on the SF Marathon (1st half)! Loved watching his progress, feeling the pain as his splits slowed with the elevation gains but rebounded as he closed on the finish. So proud of him! And the app made it possible.

Super fantastic app!!! My two children ran half marathon yesterday . We were able to track them real time with comprehensive hour by hour numbers at the end. Very helpful

This app was very helpful for me to track my daughters time and location of the race. Awesome app and would you it again if and when my daughter runs a half marathon again.

I loved being able to track my son’s race from Michigan! It wasn’t quite like my days of jogging around to see him run cross country, but it was great to participate this way!

I was pleased that it was easy to find the results of family and friends who ran.

I’d rather not default to the 3d map. Also it should default to north justification rather than racer direction. No one wants a sideways map. Runner tracking is great though and it was super helpful tracking 6 different people

I was not able to attend, but this app was great in keeping me updated with my daughter and her friend’s progress on the half marathon.

I am so thankful for this app. I felt Ike I was right there cheering on my daughter even though I could t be there in person.

So much information and very accurate. We could follow almost every step of our runner.

This live tracking app helped my family & friends to know where I am in the course.

App this year had more positives then previous versions. Easier to use, better live updates to name a few. Will be using again next year :)

This a good application to track your daily runs

Great app

Wonderful, easy and well directed!

No bugs, and it’s more than just a basic app.

Started getting app issues after 4 miles into tracking the race had to reload twice and finalable togetback on at 2.5. Hours and 18/20 mile marks. Not good if you want to track your family & friends. Sad!
