Comrades Subscription, App Deletion & iOS Support
How do I cancel the Comrades subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select Comrades from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the Comrades app?
Touch and hold the Comrades icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.
Comrades purchases, refunds and billing issues

It was great to see real time progress over a satellite map image view. I particularly was impressed with the multiple layers of check points, and places of interest. Maybe consider live video cams at the major cutoff points.
This is an incredible app that exceeds expectations. The 2 things I would consider as a level up to perfection is if: 1. When tracking, it automatically shows where you are (and doesn’t keep shooting back to you while tracking a racer who is far from you 2. The view could include a hybrid satellite view where you can see the exact landmarks as progress in the race. Well done and thank you for this.

I really enjoyed using this app while following my uncle during his race. I kept getting updates on how he was doing. Best one I’ve used to track his races!
This app works very well- the times / splits update frequently and immediately. It’s nice to be able to track the runners time in real time.

I have used many running race apps, and this one is by far the best. It is intuitive, easy to find runners, simple to switch between a map and their time. Absolutely brilliant.

What a fantastic event. World class! The preparation, organization and execution was incredible. The YouTube coverage was out of this world - the photography was unbelievable. It enabled not only local supporters but international supporters (like me) to take part in this prestigious and world renowned event. It was truly absolutely amazing. Well done to everyone - keep up the good work. See you next year!
I have found it difficult to see the elevation of the route-the estimated time can be improved to be even more accurate. Have more visuals of the athletes
