If you use DK all you need to do is make sure you have a daily fantasy account app or sportsbook. If your using the horse racing app and have delays just use your other platforms to move your funds. Takes 5 minutes or less for me and have been using the app since day 1.

So like Your Sister Company DraftKings Sportsbook You should allow to withdraw on the card that the Customer deposited with! Secondly w/ Promo’s should be more “Transparent” in how the process works and be very clear & concise so that Loyal or New Customers understand. Thanks!

Needs to get in landscape mode. It works amazing from web browser. Needs to be more like FanDuel and NYRA bets for the iPad.

If you are looking to find an app that gives you the most difficult time withdrawing money you came to the right place. It takes 3-5 business days for your EZ money account to be verified with the app. If you win any money or even want to withdraw your initial deposit that takes another 3-5 business days to be withdrawn into your account. For this reason alone, at least for me, it’s not even worth continuing to bet on this app. I will be using another app for all my future bets and am writing this so no one else goes through the same. Be well, and remember this app actually blows. The only benefit they do have is that their customer service answers quickly, but this is still getting one star. Do yourself a favor to save some stress, don’t download this dumb app they like to play games and make you wait for your money so that you continue to bet it away.

I am incredibly annoyed by this app, and DraftKings in general. I deposited 250$ for the up to 250$ match promo. I never received the promo, so I decided I’ll just cut my loses and move on. Went to withdraw MY 250$ now 249$ just to find out that it’s only in check form. Received a email saying “it is against company policy to deposit money and withdrawal it without betting but out of courtesy they’ll approve it”. Three weeks go by and nothing in the mail for my check I double checked my bank account sure enough never received my money that I deposited in that account I follow up with the email asking about it, and now they want my drivers license, social security card, and proof of residence. I will no longer be placing bets with DraftKings and I highly suggest you don’t either. As of rn I still have not received my money and I’m starting to suspect their not going to give me my money back.

Believe it or not this comes after winning a sizable amount this past weekend. This site makes as hard as possible to withdraw your money. They only offer checks unless you use PayPal or some other services I couldn’t even find when I tried to Google it. I finally figured out how to use PayPal on this site as the site wouldn’t accept my initial attempts to make a PayPal deposit. I only made a PayPal deposit because you could only make a withdraw with PayPal if you made a deposit through PayPal. The site charges $5 service charges to deposit your money. Then charges service fees to withdraw your money. All other DK sites are linked except for this one. This site is just plain awful and DK should reconsider partnering with this garbage site!!! I will never use this site again. TVG IS SO MUCH BETTER!!!

My experience, possible yours is different: I never received the deposit bonus after playing through 2x my deposit. The terms for the bonus seemed to clearly state a wagering period with a window of longer than 7 days. During the promotional period, the progress tracker did not work properly (but the rest of the app seemed to be just fine). When text chatting with support on the confusion, they reassured me that the tracker is broken, but a bonus will still be added to my account based on play though. After the end date in the terms, they then state the wagers must be within 7 days (this was not stated or brought up by support prior to the end date of the promotion listed in the terms.) Maybe I am just misunderstand the terms, but feel pretty strongly this read something different than what support stated. I didn’t find the terms to be confusing, just not in alignment with what support had claimed. In any case, based on my experience, I believe there is an intentional goal of misleading users to believe they are wagering toward a promotional bonus they don’t plan to distribute. DK horse would’t be my top recommendation for a horse racing app.

Twice over about a week and a half I did not get credit for bet and get promotions. I contacted them the second time and for days got nonsensical answers, such as we paid this out on a certain date and time. The problem with that was that the payout they referenced was days before the one I reported which clearly had the date in the report. Finally they acknowledged that I met the requirements and would pass along to those who supposedly remedy these things. They never made it right. The only horse racing app who has ever done this to me and the worst customer service I have encountered with any sports betting site. Definitely many preferable options out there.

Before depositing into this app for the Kentucky derby, I checked the withdrawal methods. Saw that I was able to withdrawal my funds through PayPal, debit, or check by mail. Created the account, and after winning on the derby, I went to withdrawal my funds. The only method offered on the app was check by mail. Tried contacting DK horse support multiple times, and it’s as if they don’t have any agents working. Now I have to settle paying $23 and a $5 processing fee to get my check within a reasonable amount of time. There are much better horse racing apps out there. Especially those with much easier and faster withdrawal options. Not to mention I never got my bonus after playing 2x through.

Incredibly barebones app in terms of features. For example, you have to manually log in every time. Also don’t sign up based on promos, the ad compared to the fine print is very deceiving. Finally if you want to deposit money with out a fee you have to wait 4 days to be able to withdraw anything if you deposit using a bank account, which is the only way they won’t charge a deposit fee. Fan duel on the other hand lets you deposit from a card for free and withdraw instantly. I never even made a bet on this app and it already has been infuriating. Unless you are a masochist you will want use twin spires or fan duel instead.

I am a big DraftKings fan, as I live in Boston and was excited for a horse racing app, since my fav. App TVG was acquired by FanDuel (boo!) That being said TVG offers any easier to use interface such as favoriting tracks that are off season, more compact interface so you easily see the race info, a banner with high value pools/ races. Your previous winners highlighted, a better selection of handicapping info and sort. I hope to see lots of feature enhancements in the near future. I am willing to go to focus groups at DK HQ or provide more specific feedback outside the App Store forum.

When setting up my initial deposit, I hit the wrong button and accidentally deposited the wrong amount (impacting my anticipated sign up bonus). When I contacted support to correct it, they said there was nothing the could do about it. I requested a cancellation of the deposit. They said I could withdraw online after the deposit was fully funded from the bank. So instead of a cancellation, I now must wait several days to submit my withdraw request and then wait several days to get my money back. Guess I’ll stick with TVG and Twin Spires for my horse betting.

I’ve used this app for a long time and lost thousands without any issues. The one time I finally win (about $180 on a horse race), my account suddenly gets flagged for “multiple accounts.” Here’s the problem: I was previously told by their own support team to create a new account using my real name for verification, and that my old account would be closed. I followed those instructions exactly. Now, instead of honoring my winnings, they’re saying I violated their “one account per person” policy and voiding the payout, only refunding my original deposit. So this issue didn’t exist when I was losing money for years, but it appears immediately after a win? Very disappointing experience. If you use this app, be aware that account issues may only come up when you try to withdraw winnings.

I like the app but to wait 24-96 hrs for withdrawal is crazy. Fortunately the first withdrawal only took 2 days now I signed in with my bank account instead of pay pal and I can’t cash out until they verify my account like having funds in it isn’t enough.. I will change review when fixes are made to this all the compitition can have it in your account in less than an hour.

I just started with this site today so I’m testing it out. I usually bed about anywhere from four to $700 a day so I was just checking it out. I’m on NYRA Bets but I’m having a problem here and I’m not very happy at all that you’ll just checking out and realize I’m putting in like just $20 to see they can also get used to it $30 you know bets and stuff and then when I made deposit each time I make a deposit you charge me five dollars, if that’s unacceptable and I will not give you my action please advise

I personally haven’t tried DK Horse Racing App yet even though I use DK everyday with their SportsBook and Casino Apps (among with Dozens of other Apps)! I gave it 3 Stars because after reading everyone’s negative comments, I am very very hesitant to place money on the Racing App. Hey DK, listen to everyone’s comments and get this Rectified or you’re going to lose a lot of money because we will use all the other Apps instead.

This is the laziest thing I have ever seen. You can’t view your transactions ( bets or deposits) as a timeline. You’d have to select the day you made the bet to see what bets you placed. No other betting app does it like this .. besides TwinSpires since it’s a mirror. Plus you can’t get your money back out. It’s a whole process to do so. Zero reason for it to be that way. Oh and if you needed a third thing.. the customer service is a massive joke.

As mentioned with many other users I was never given my bonus from just joining the app. Unlike their Sportsbook app this they just created and you can tell they are miles behind other apps out there for horse betting. It’s actually really sad for how great they do at there Sportsbook app. Misleading so many people with fine print in order not to pay out the sign up bonus really hurt this app and I’m sure have many like me that will use other options for this.

Would give this 0 stars if that was an option. App is the slowest and clunkiest I’ve ever experienced from any gambling app. The promos don’t register after opting in. Opted in, followed rules, and was not paid out. Customer service takes days and days to reply, and basically tells you tough luck. Beware of loading any real money on here. Such a disappointment and complete opposite of the normal DK app. NYRA app in NY is 100x better, along with the FD racing app. Hope this helps someone else not get scammed like I did!

I just signed up for the first time and deposited $250. After reading all these articles and promotions I decided to give it a try since they were giving a 100% Mach. In order to get the 100% match you must enter the word HORSE to receive your bonus offer. I followed all directions and signed up and deposited. I never received my bonus because they told me that the promo had expired. SCAMMERS. But they sure received my money and let me play till I ran out and NO I never received anything.

I hope no one ever joins this platform again. DK Horse is such a horrible website. They ripped me off so many times. I see all the same stories here. I paid for horse racing product the other day and it charged me twice. I contacted customer service and they only gave me credit for $3.25. Which I should’ve got credited. $6.50. Can’t wait till DK Horse becomes DK racing. Twin inspires is one of the worst platforms. And I’m glad I’m not affiliated with them anymore. Such a classless platform.

I download this app, deposited MY money, then placed some bets. I won some and lost some, then tried to withdraw my balance. They restricted my account until I send them 3 forms of ID, a copy of my social security card, and 3 pieces of mail showing my current address. I think NOT, literally giving them everything one needs to steal my identity. They can take your money just fine but letting you withdraw winnings absolutely not. DO NOT PLCE BETS WITH THIS COMPANY.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I hit a bet yesterday that they never paid out. The result of the race shows my horse as the winner. They keep saying the wager was canceled but I never canceled the wager. Get a different app than DK Horse. They will cancel your wager to keep from having to pay you the winnings. Scam artists with a terrible customer service team. Took 18 hours to get a response from an agent in the chat, just to be lied to.

The only withdrawal options are through bank transfer or a check in the mail. bank transfer requires multiple business days to process and I was just notified that there was an error during the transfer and I’ll have to restart the whole process, so it will at the least be well over a week before I receive funds.

Why do i have to download a separate app for this, on fanduel i can just hit the horses tab and it takes me right to every race happening with a video feed, and all my money thats in my account comes with me, on draft kings my money is separate between the apps, not to mention they wanted me to send them a license pic? I dont even like fanduel but its so much more simple to use if you want to bet on horse racing, i dont get it.

No issue with money as others have stated. My issue is that the interface feels like a 14 year old, taking a “build your own app” class, built it. Results are impossible to compare to your wagers, particularly on multi-race bets. It’s the most basic, non-user friendly horse racing app out there. Do yourself a favor and grab TVG, they are light years ahead of DK, it’s not even close.

Deposited $250 with intentions of betting through to receive the bonus. I had a change of heart after the 4 day processing period and decided I needed the money.. after trying to withdrawal, I receive an email from DK horse saying “suspicious withdrawal activity after not wagering” and they locked my account! So now my money is stuck in a locked account..

I have screenshots of a conversations with Customer Service and the guy told me that my bet on a horse to win, ‘excluded all win bets’. It only got worse from there. After about an hour or so my bet issue was resolved on its own. Absolutely worst customer experience I’ve ever had, If you have a problem with a bet, good luck your on your own.

Cant talk to support for anything and its the biggest racing day of the year. DK was not even close to being prepared. Three hours later still no deposit release so I guess they trapped me into betting races after the Derby that I couldnt care less about. Still never voided scratched horse after two hours. Cannot bet anything. 356 ppl in line for support. Absolute disaster.

They charge a fee for all deposits. Plus your credit card will charge a cash advance free. The only initial option for cashing out is they will mail you a check. Pass…. DraftKings you can do better!

The app is fine, but be aware of deceptive marketing practices. The expiration of certain bonuses that is displayed DOES not match the terms, nor does it accurately show when the promo has ended. Needless to say I have no interest in giving my business to a company so clearly trying to trick its customers

I recently deposited $100 for the Preakness to try out the apps, and won a few hundred dollars. Went to withdraw the money and assumed it would instantaneous like DK. Wrong, they said the withdrawal could take up to 72 hours to process. Go with a different app that won’t sit on your money for 3 days. 👎🏻

Did not receive deposit bonus. Very confusing interface. Charges $5 to deposit. Can only receive payouts via check. Thought it would be a fun app to sign up to use for the Derby. Will not be using again. Disappointing because DraftKings in my favorite gambling app.

Simply put, this is the worst sportsbook app I’ve ever seen. Don’t put money on here, the user interface is terrible, the betting process is clunky and is unclear what you are betting on, they only mail payouts but will wirelessly take your money. 0/5 stars, I want my money back and strongly encourage everyone else to not waste theirs here.

Can’t see odds on your bet and have no idea what you can win. Even seeing previous bets requires you to dig into your history to see results. And I tried to cancel my account and they won’t do it. When loading money, they charge a $5 fee. Just terrible.

Absolutely the WORST at sending your winnings. They have me a couple options. Not an ez pay only fedex. So I asked for a check. They “sent” it out on the 6th of this month, and I have yet to receive it. I also only deposited $10. But they took $15 out of my bank account! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Rude customer service, app is pretty crappy! Bet on a horse last night, doesn’t show what you will win in the bet, come back the next morning, the money is gone but check my past bets and it doesn’t show a result, says I haven’t made a bet?! Whaaat? Atleast show me that I won or lost!

You can make a deposit asap but can’t withdraw for 3-5 days. Then when you do withdraw it’s another 3-5 days lol. I put money in here bc DK fantasy is almost instant withdrawals but for some reason they have to do things different. Really dumb and lost me already

As much as I love DraftKings sportsbook, DK horse betting is so bland. FanDuel gives you so many stats and oversight of the horses and their previous performances. DK horse for the one time i played, it felt like i was just guessing which horse to win based on the odds when at times (those who bet on horses before knows) the odds don’t mean anything.

I'm a first-timer here and was shocked when a) their app didn't allow withdrawal, b) the mail-me-a-check option didn't work, and c) their customer service was non-existent. I'm more worried about looking out for others than the money I can't withdraw.

Draft King had a deal to sign up with DK account and I did that. I was greeted not with a welcome but a your account is locked and access to dk racking is restricted. I’ve been on hold with customer service for more than an hour with derby about to start

I’m in Colorado and it keeps telling me that I can’t place a bet because horse betting isn’t legal in my state. I’ve reset my location in my settings and deleted/ redownloaded the app a dozen times and I still receive the same message.

The fact that DK even associated themselves with this garbage is mind blowing. Clunky and difficult to navigate. Trying to find a normal horse bet takes about 10 clicks. FanDuel is much easier to use. Didn’t get my signup credit either. A true zero star app.

Arguably the worst app layout and experience I’ve ever seen in my life. Everything is cluttered, there’s no flow, there’s no rhyme or reason to how races and tracks are laid out. Multiple steps to do simple things and an horrific color scheme makes it visually unappealing

I wouldn’t bother with this app. Four days later and I still can’t access my money. I also thought I was getting a match bonus. I guess not. I’ll not be using this app ever again.

It is incredibly unintuitive to withdraw your money. As someone inexperienced with horse racing I think it should be as transparent as possible to withdraw your money from something like this. It’s confusing, there’s no assistance with the app, and is not intuitive.
