Good App, but could be betterThe things I don't like are what has been mentioned before. That it interrupts a current phone conversation when a call comes in, the alerts to text messages are not always coming through and what I don't like at all is that the it often doesn't ring when a call comes in through the app. Also important to me would be to be able to group text which has not been possible. Please add that - it’s the 21st century! When I have to group text I have to do either from my personal number, which defeats the purpose of having a business number, or I use my google voice number. That’s pretty sad . I think those features are very basic and should be provided on a solid basis. What I do like about the app is that I have business phone number on my regular phone. I am a Realtor and really have to have my number everywhere. So this is a nice option. It works pretty often, just not always. I get the phone calls also on my computer which is great and the notifications also come to my email. So this is helpful so as to not miss a call that could potentially cost me several thousand dollars..Version: 19.3.0

It’s Okay, But Needs Improvement ...... Calls are often choppy sounding and if you’re on a call with another call coming in, the 2nd incoming call would go directly to voicemail w/o having the option of answering. Additionally and most of the time the calls will only ring once or maybe even one-half a ring and then go to voicemail. Not nearly enough time for someone who is working at something else to have time enough to answer! I believe if these problems could be improved or even all together alleviated this would make the Office@Hand app one of the very best secondary line apps available on the market today..Version: 19.4.1

I works, but…This is the app that we, my coworkers and I, used while working remotely for almost two years. We still use it back in the office, mainly for texting while coordinating work and it does what is supposed to do. My request to the developers, if I may, would be to resize the texting field line of the interface which currently allows for the window to show previous texts on about 92% of the vertical window space and only about 8% for typing a new text! 😳 Could we make it more like 60/40 ratio? I keep my app up on my screen about 2 inches wide horizontally and top to bottom vertically. I work mainly with graphics software and screen sqft is at a premium. Just give the user the ability to resize that texting line field to suit individual needs. Thank you..Version: 21.4.20.99506

Better than beforeThe app is way better than before! I’ve had this service for over three years now and it’s definitely better today than before. In their latest update, you can now see which number your client had called through the mobile app. I currently have two phone numbers through this service, one for the front of office and one for the back of office. I can now see which phone number a client called so that I know how to properly address them. I also like the fact that you can now record phone calls and listen to them once the call has ended. Of course, be sure you’re following state laws. One thing I would like to see as a feature, is the ability to see call history and text message in ONE thread. There is a service called OpenPhone that maintains all calls and text messages to a specific number. So instead of having to toggle back-and-forth your call history and text message, you can see everything in one thread. would love to see that feature within this app..Version: 23.1.20

On phoneHave been using this app for over a year I think. First time I could see who was all on the phone. Then got an update and lost that part. Then another update and it came back. Great AppI really enjoy this app. It’s great to be able to use my personal phone, but have a separate work number without having another device. Only suggestions I would provide to AT&T/RingCentral would be the SMS experience and messages. Feel like each message takes up a ton of room. Looks out of date, especially with the rest of the app being really good. On messages, it would be nice to have some sort of read identifier once the person I message has looked it or if I’ve mentioned someone on a team..Version: 21.4.20.99506

Just 1 (particularly problematic) bugV2.1.35 looks to have solved several issues our business (about 70 Office@Hand phones) had been having. I would give this app 5 stars, but we continue to have problems with the phones in a call queue continuing to ring, after one phone has answered the incoming call already. We’ve ruled out new calls coming into the queue as the problem, so as far as we can tell, there is still an ongoing bug with the cloud PBX not recognizing that 1 phone in a queue has already answered the incoming call. Once Office@Hand can gets this bug fixed, I’ll definitely give 5 stars, as we love everts else about it!.Version: 20.1.35

Call QualityThere a times when Ivan hear the person on the other line but they cannot hear me. Makes it difficult to communicate when I have good internet service..Version: 10.3
