Don’t know why others are saying connection problem or so, but it works for me without any issue. Better than Microsoft app. Loving it.
Compared to other phone link apps this works great I’m so happy I bought my LG gram 2 in 1 laptop
Dispaly? Haha you meant to say Display
Very nice app and fast in syncing or copying iPhone photos to my laptop. What would make this a fantastic app, is being able to sync or copy photos from my laptop to my iPhone so people can get rid of iTunes.

LG Gram Link Negative Reviews and Ratings
The app will not work unless you agree to share your everyday move with them, from GPS location, microphone, camera, Bluetooth, network devices scan, access to your private files… literally everything. You can’t even decline and enable as needed when needed (I.e. sharing a pic or something). Clear malicious intent, deleting not only this app but all the apps that came with my laptop too, can’t trust devs / company that acts that way.
I was going to start the app, but it says I need to agree to the Terms and Conditions. OK. Where are they? What looks like a link doesn’t work. Until I know privacy policy and who might have access to all my photos and videos, I will have to transfer them another way.
This app won’t connect to my laptop because it doesn’t think my laptop and mobile device are on the same WiFi network. However, they are on the same WiFi network — the app is wrong. Useless.
Such as the title, few comments, but the basic beginning is unable to register, this problem has not been solved, it seems that hardware manufacturers do software or very bad!
It says my devices are on different Wi-Fi’s but they aren’t. I don’t know what to do- I will maybe try other wifi networks around my campus but I bought this for school so if this doesn’t work it’s super inconvenient. :(
Why do they need access to my entire photo album? Seems super sketchy! Deleted and will avoid LG products from here forward.
The app is crashing immediately. It was working but just stopped working
Didn’t work, I couldn’t connect. I used “Link to windows” instead, works much better!
It took me quite a while to get this to work. First, while this App is called LG Gram Link, on my LG Gram laptop, the program it works with is called “Sync on Mobile”. How would one know that? The instructions say look for LG Gram Link on the PC. Also, the App help is in Japanese. Googling for steps to get this synced yields no results. The App says to scan a QR code on the PC, but where is it? Finally found it in Sync on Mobile, used the QR codes, seems like my phone is linked to my PC, but transfer doesn’t work. Finally, went into Bluetooth on my PC and added my iPhone. Now everything seems to work. Please, LG, do some usability testing, and add some instructions in English!
Yes, we want a seamless experience with our devices. However, the way LG Gram Link is designed, and by its first approach of needing an extensive list of permissions upon opening the app, it makes one question the reasons behind requiring every single one of those permissions. There are some that would still make the phone and computer “link” without needing to excessive snoop into a user’s privacy. It’s making me reconsider my laptop purchase. Is there a reason why LG stopped making phones?
