Atlanta Track Club Customer Service

Had to do virtual this year and was worried about the ATC virtual app. I should have known better. ATC made this a fun run. Nothing is ever gonna be as much fun as the actual run down peachtree but that “finish line” recording the app produced as I crossed the virtual finish was absolutely the best!! The app worked like a charm, calling my time/distance splits at every mile. My only regret is that I didn’t set my phone for “do not disturb”—every time I got a text I was worried the app would bonk. But no worries—the app kept right on doing what it was designed to do. Hopefully The Wingfoot might do a follow-up article on how this was developed. I can’t tell you all how much I appreciate the time and planning it took to develop this app. It was a nice way to help the virtual runners feel more connected to the actual race. I was so anxious about watching my grandson run in the junior Peachtree, but with the app, I did not lose Hope. I just kept waiting and watching because the app was tracking him very well and just as he approached the finish line and went under the banner it showed his time, having kept me from wondering where he was.😃😊

This app has been a long time coming. I just hope that, in due time, more features will be added. Hopefully the ‘let’s do this’ platform will be replaced in full by this app. The UI is clean and flows really well. I appreciate the fact that race results are available asap!

I was super happy to be able to virtually track my friend as she ran her first half marathon. As I couldn’t make it to cheer for her in person, I was able to stay up to date on real time on her mileage and reach out to her (outside the app) with words of encouragement, etc along the way!

I really like the app. The start time for the race is estimated. I wish there was an exact time, but maybe I didn’t know how to navigate to it. But other than that. Pre race I just wish that was easier to find or available. Overall, the app is dope.

The app is easy to use. Great for tracking runs and checking results for further analysis for areas for improvement.

My usual tracking apps are a bit glitchy in certain spots but this app worked well in those areas. Tracks my speed perfectly. Very accurate

I loved the updates plus showing how far and how much was left. It was an added feature with the cheering at the end. It was easy to use and no uploading of scores or anything.

ATC runs well organized races and it’s no surprise the App makes it easy for you to find what you want to know (results are posting extremely fast).

The app allows for me to be able to see everyone’s results in real time and helps celebrate community.

The app made it was to track our distance. The announcements at each mile with time splits were helpful. I also liked the map view for my race. The crowd cheering as you finish is a nice touch.

This year I did not prepare and probably had one of my worse times. But, having the App and community made the race fun and an amazing way to celebrate my 10 year anniversary participating. ♥️💙🙏🏾⭐️

Used it to track our son during the half marathon and the details and accuracy were amazing.

I thought the app was absolutely wonderful! Thecewowd cheering was a niiice touch😄! *****I just wish there was a pause button*** I understand it’s a race, but since the Virtual option didn’t have a course limit, I made it a hike & took my dog Riley🐶! Since we were hiking around the lake, I wish I could’ve hit pause while giving him the chance to splash in the water to cool off. Something like a 5min pause per hour, MAX🤷🏾‍♀️…? …just a thought😉

I thought I was ready to track but then had to sign in and had trouble with password. It delayed my virtual start by a few minutes.

This was my 39th Peachtree! My 4th virtual. The app was great except for the periodic music in the first 3 miles! I wear hearing aids and I was on our cart paths in PTC. I can’t hear golf carts coming up behind me! Other wise great experience! Thank You!!!

Had to do it virtually from Oregon this year. Did half the race with my 10 yr old granddaughter - she did 3.6 miles! The app was so awesome! Happy 4th of July!🇺🇸

The app was easy to use & accurate Missed being in Atlanta for the Peachtree but the virtual opportunity allowed me to continue my consecutive streak

It’s not easy to swap between results of different events that you’ve participated in, and sometimes they just disappear? Like I was checking back on a previous event and the most recent one was then gone from my profile. The userability is not intuitive. I feel like there’s a lot of room for improvement. As of now, the app feels pointless. You’d also think it would include race photos but it doesn’t. I honestly don’t know why it’s worth having the app unless you’re not running the race and want to track someone who is. That seems to be its only value.

The virtual race was supposed to start on 7/2. The app won’t let you begin the race until after 7:30am. This should have been shared before race day for people who planned to to run early before the heat and weather issues impacted their day. Not cool. Can only import from Garmin which limits Apple Watch users. Not cool. All the practice races disappear so hard to compare times. The PRR is a top tier 10k. This app doesn’t match the event. Update-Did update to start at 6:30 on 7/2. App lost time with each mile. Had to go an additional half mile for time to register.

It is a little confusing at first as it isn’t really a streamlined process to get to the calendar or switching from the event to the home page.

I lost .3 mid 5K. I’m his increased my pace from 17min/mile to 20+
