OKC Memorial Marathon Customer Service

My husband and I, grandparents of two of the half-marathon runners, really like the new features of the app. Also, it is very easy to use. Due to health concerns for my husband, we weren’t able to be there in person as we have in the past. So we loved getting notifications, seeing our granddaughters’ pace second by second, and even seeing their location on the race route in real time. Awesome!!!

This app has so much information about the race itself, including FAQ, routes, leader boards, and updates. Of course, the best part is being able to track loved ones so you can be ready to cheer them on and know their stats, like paces and finish times!

The app was amazing and benefitted our group a lot, but we missed one pass because it was delaying the location of our runner, but the worst part was at the finish… no one’s app was working so took us almost an hour to find our runner. internet wouldn’t work either. Would have GREATLY benefited from some map showing how to get to the runners at the end of the race.

I love the fact we are able to track the runners so we know if we will be able to make it to a hydration startup to cheer them on. Just wish app would give the runners location when you click on them.

App was good for information. There are peak times where the server for information locks offline. Also, it would be nice to be able to track all family members versus one

Loved being able to navigate to here feature. The timing of our runner was off- had him a mile ahead almost the whole race & then just stopped tracking for several minutes. Other than that it was a great guide.

Such a great way to follow family when circumstances keep you from being able to watch in person !

I was easily able to see how my sister was doing and I loved the predictions on when she’d complete certain distances and finish.

We couldn’t be there in person to cheer for our daughter, but this app was amazing! We could tell her progress, her pace, and watch the map while she ran! Really great!

The app was great. The map and notifications were right on. They made you feel Iike you were right there with the runner.

I would have liked seeing the total number of participants and each person’s place in the total.

Wonderful site and I enjoyed being there, albeit virtually, with my son every step of the way!!

I tracked my girlfriends pace with ease and by using screen record I’ll be able to do a time lapse of her start to finish.

So glad this is available. Makes it easy to track runners and makes it fun to follow them.

Nice to let your family share your time & location

Timing is off a good bit for 5K. They finished almost 15 minutes than their time showed. Also, would be nice to have a “you are here” on your app.

This app helped me keep track where and when events were happening. I like the maps a great deal and the tracking.

My daughter and granddaughter ran the Half marathon. I was unable to be there, But I tracked them on the App And watched Ch. 9 tv! Very emotional , inspiring and fun as well! Makes me wonder if I could walk the Sr. Race next year!!! We will see!! Great job!

Love the app, followed my grandsons first marathon!

The map is great, it allows you to filter anything out you don’t want. Now, here’s the tracker. I was tracking one of my friends, and it said she was at the finish line, but she wasn’t. Then, as I was walking away, the person called her name! My location didn’t tell me what way I was facing or heading. Not recommended unless if participating.
