About Red Cross Delivers (American Red Cross)

This app is designed for employee and volunteer drivers employed by the American Red Cross to facilitate the pickup and delivery of supplies and products between Red Cross and customer facilities. The app enables our dedicated transportation staff to respond to the most urgent lifesaving deliveries, track deliveries and pickups, record when customers received products, rate their volunteer experience, and even receive recognition for their lifesaving work.

Background location services are used sparingly for those drivers who are eager to help with the most urgent blood shipments as we ensure only those drivers who are close enough to the pickup location are offered these urgent shifts so that blood can be delivered on time and before it is needed.

How do I cancel the Red Cross Delivers subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select Red Cross Delivers from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.

How do I delete the Red Cross Delivers app?

Touch and hold the Red Cross Delivers icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.
