I’m not able to login. It takes forever to enter the sign in page? I have been live streaming with the App for months. It was working just fine. Suddenly I can’t go live anymore. Help!!

When I first got on this app I was absolutely in love! For the past few days, I have been having major glitch issues with my analytics with sales and hours streamed and it is now happening on a daily basis and I am getting nowhere with the live support team as noone has fixed the issue. It is very frustrating because the concept is amazing and I’m really enjoying my livestreams for my audience but experiencing constant glitches that are not being fixed is upsetting. I’ve emailed almost daily and can barely get a response :(

It’s mind blowing to me that I have been blocked from Writing Reviews about my purchase. They said I excessively wrote reviews. At this time I probably had reviewed about 1% of my purchases. I’ve tried to write in to the help email without any success. The customer service is rude and continues to send the same email over and over again. How are we supposed to create and work the program if this happens? I am so confused!

Great idea and opportunity, but doesn’t work very well. But I’m sure it will be fixed soon.

I have been live-streaming on this app for 3.5 years with no issues. I have not been able to go live for 2 weeks and consistent notice that says, Technical issue please try again later.

It’s been 4 months support can’t deal with practice mode glitch. We can’t post any video, however the practice mode is not on. Before was everything well operating and we posted lots of videos. It is just ridiculous how support can’t fix it since May!!!

The app itself was great until our video stopped recording because we supposedly violated some policy which it won’t tell us and now won’t even let us see or download or video we put so much effort into making!!!

I am having issues starting live-streams on iPhone or iPad it’s telling me I need to change the frame rate but I did not change anything recently... confused and also not receiving any answers from the developer

I’m an approved influencer but this app always says it’s experiencing technical difficulties and I cannot log in. Just crazy for being one of the biggest companies in the world. I emailed support so I will upgrade if it gets fixed.

We’ve been doing these events for over a year and suddenly it won’t work at all.

The app keeps looping onto password not correct and then once it was correct it kept looping to “internal error try again later”. It won’t accept my email either and both work for the main Amazon page.

The login page works very poorly with keychain and also continuously refreshes every few seconds on pro max, causing anything you type to go away. Impossible to log in

I can't login go the app. After entering my seller central login details it just says “We're having technical difficulties. Please try again later”

For some reason after I changed my password I cannot login nor can I find the app without searching for it. It is like it disappeared off my home screen.

This app doesn’t appear to currently work for vendors (who use Vendor Central), only for sellers (who use Seller Central).

My app keeps telling me to update to the latest version but then there is not an update. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still tells me to update. So there are a few glitches to this app. I also don’t like that livestreams are ended just stating technical difficulties and you cannot review the stream to see what the difficulty being seen was. You have to wait for email feedback, when and if they ever get back to you. It’s also hard to figure out how to get to livestreams in general for end users, I always post for followers to come watch me live and they don’t understand how to get there or where to go. Sometimes the link to livestream works and sometimes it doesn’t. The practice mode has also not been working for me, I practice to ensure video and sound looks right but then when I try to play the practice back it says “video unavailable” I’m sure it will all get fixed soon, his is amazon after all. Once it is all working I’m excited to continue using it regularly

As a creator, this app is very unstable. Makes it difficult to create ongoing content. Amazon needs to figure out the live app if they want creators to continue creating content NOT user-friendly!

I have attempted to contact support but I have no way of contacting an actual person or report the login issue. When I try to log in, the keyboard disappears in less than one second. I have the most updated version of this app on my iPhone. However, I am not able to login to go Live. I cannot find where to report this issue.

I am a Brand registered Amazon seller with an Amazon Store. However, after downloading the app and selecting the Seller button or Vendor button, the app takes me to the regular Amazon login where you’d put in your personal Amazon information to login. After entering my seller email login info the app says it does not recognize my email. Well of course it doesn’t recognize my email because it’s my Seller email and that doesn’t work on regular amazon prime login. What’s the fix? How are Amazon sellers or vendors logging into the app? What am I missing here? Why is this so hard?
