How do I cancel the Compass Rose Health Plan subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top, go to Subscriptions, select Compass Rose Health Plan from the list and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you can keep using the app until then. See Apple's official subscription management page for details.
How do I delete the Compass Rose Health Plan app?
Touch and hold the Compass Rose Health Plan icon on the Home Screen, choose Remove App and then Delete App. Important: if you have an active subscription, deleting the app does not cancel it automatically - you must first cancel your subscription using the steps above.

Compass Rose Health Plan Negative Reviews and Ratings
Initially I downloaded the app to add my card to my apple wallet. I am disappointed to not have that option.
I kept trying to login using my username, as requested, and it didn't work. I finally tried using my e-mail instead and it worked! Once in, I checked my account to see if I had used the correct username and it was correct. So I guess this app has a serious problem that needs to be corrected.
Many of this app’s most important functions (e.g. find a provider) are actually hosted on UMR’s site and don’t work. Poorly executed app.
This app has been broken for several weeks. It does not load.
Recent update removed rolling claim totals for date ranges, making it hard to track family spending. Please bring back the summary totals on the claims page! Also, it would be much more helpful if the default view was set to the current calendar year, since that is what determines our deductibles anyway.
